My family have never went to an Arby’s and not eaten every bite of curly fries that we were given…until now. The fries were extremely dark and gross like they were old fries that had been refried to heat them up when we ordered. The guy who took our order from the drive through was nice, though.

My husband ordered rib bits for us yesterday. ONE QUESTION, why were the rib bites LITERALLY BLACK?? They don’t look like that on the commercial. I couldn’t eat them, yuk!

Worker yelled at me saying they don’t have a meat mountain sandwich wich I know is a lie bc I purchased it the week before. Extremely rude and unpleasant experience. Marking this place off my list of places for lunch till the workers at this location stand in the corner for 30 mins and learn how to treat customers. Zaxbys it is from now on.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches in the drivethru. He asked me to pull up and he would make them fresh. After waiting for 5 minutes I got our food and it had to have been left over from yesterday. All they did was reheat it. That was the worst chicken sandwiches I have ever had and I will never go back there again
