If I could give this place 0 stars I really would. This pizza was so terrible I took one bite and spit it out and the rest went to the trash. I will be reaching out to the corporate office for a full refund.

Haven’t had Domino’s in forever, decided to give it a try again from my numerous bad experiences with Papa Johns. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Ordered 6 cheese pizza w/ pepperoni and extra everything. Shortly after placing order, received a call to confirm and they kindly adjusted ready time for 40 min later. From seeing previous reviews of not being ready on time is why I ordered it extra early to begin with. There was no problems though and it was ready exactly when I arrived. Again with other reviews of questionable deliveries, I decided to do carryout instead, and skip that gamble. Had even gone like 15min out of my way to use this store specifically rather than ones closer to me from the bad reviews they all received. Was definitely worth it. On an additional note that I usually feel bad/diarrhea from Papa Johns, but Domino’s was just simply quality, good tasting pizza. Thank you.
Edit: I have since bought from here twice afterwards. They were of normal quality and still worth getting. The first review with the image was some special rare occasion.

This place is horrible. Food sucks, they charge a 6$ delivery charge, the food takes 2 hours to get to you so it’s obviously cold then half the time they forget the drinks, pizza is dropped upsidedown or something is wrong. After happening multiple times I stopped ordering from here.

The store has had me on hold for the last hour and they have picked up and hung up 3 times. This is by far the worst experience that I have had with this location. I just want to can and get my money back since it been over and hour and my food has been in quality check since10:11pm. Worse experience ever!!!! I ordered one large specialty pizza an it took 2.5 hour to arrive and it was literally frozen! I was on the phone for over an hour trying to speak to someone for over an HOUR!!! I wanted to cancel but no answer! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Driver had nothing to say! I threw the pizza away the box was wet and I didn’t trust it! I will never order Dominos again and I will never get anything from this store if I reconsider! Big DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Don’t go to this store! I wish I would have read the reviews first! I never would have ordered! After holding for 1.5 hours I was disconnected! This place is pathetic…If I could give a zero I would!

Took advantage of the $6.99 2-topping Large Pizza promo. Ordered online, which was a smooth process, and selected carry-out. The store was very clean, the gentleman at the front was great and got my order together right away while juggling phone calls & other customers at the store. The most important thing- food was great!! Pizza was well cooked and tasty. Overall, I would highly recommend & I will be ordering from here again. I pulled up reviews & was shocked by how many low ratings there are due to their delivery issues. Maybe this is new but FYI they have put “drivers needed” warning online, maybe as an attempt for customers to know delays will be normal & to have more empathy. (Being short-staffed is no joke!) For those that don’t have the patience to wait on delivery (like myself) I recommended just getting carry out and picking it up yourself cause my order was flawless. Keep up the good work New Carrollton Domino’s!!

This place if I can give it a 0 I would, first off the pizza came warm then on top of that it was not what we ordered. One was a cheese pizza and the other was sausage, (we ordered combo toppings with garlic sauce they didn’t even bring that) then we tried to call them back and and they didn’t not pick up when my sister called it was “busy” and when I called it didn’t even ring. And this is not the first time it happened and the employees are RUDE especially over the phone. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE. Tomorrow my sister is calling corporate and reporting them cuz its to late tonight and this pore service has been happening to many times. (NOT WHAT WE ORDERED) we ended up throwing it away it ruined our grate night we had.
