Born and raised in Chicago and this is not Deep Dish pizza. Sauce and crust are perfect, but they are skimping on ingredients- particularly the cheese. I’ve tried this pizza here about 10 times hoping it would get better, but it hasn’t. I recall on only ONE occasion the pizza being thicker and legitimate deep dish. Compare to Giordano’s and you will see the difference.
I see your response about “dining in” for the best deep dish experience. First, it shouldn’t matter if I’m dining in or carrying out. I was there when the pizza came out of the oven to take home and it looked the same when I opened it in my kitchen. Second, I have dined in on multiple occasions and it’s the same thing. Not deep dish. I went to a Rosati’s in Arizona earlier this year and their deep dish was at least twice as thick. Please stop skimping on the ingredients and make the deep dish how it’s supposed to be. I’m adding a pic of the deep dish in AZ so you can see the difference. Same pics I showed you when I was there in your restaurant. The last two pics are in AZ. Do you see the difference??

Frequent this place for lunch. Very good food. They’ve got slice of pizza and a drink special in the middle of the day. Real Chicago style pizza, it’s truly amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming. You seat yourself typically if it isn’t too terribly busy. They have live NFL and college games all over. The menu is expansive with many options to choose from. From things like sandwiches to huge pizzas to dessert. They’ve got it all I really enjoy the Hawaiian pizza as my favorite. The mix of the bbq sauce and the pizza sauce blends very well together. Try it, I was hesitant at first but it was very tasty.

Rosatis, What happened? The first time we went, ordered the deep dish.. it was delicious and pretty close to Chicago style. We had a great time listening to the band. Service was a little slow but very friendly. Yesterday I ordered another deep dish to go through door dash, and once I opened it, I knew it was going to be disappointing. Barely anything cheese or pepperoni. This was pretty much just bread with a lot of pizza sauce on it. :/ idk if to go orders aren’t a a priority over here, but hopefully it was just a one and done mistake and you haven’t changed the recipesp

My dad and I have been to Rosati’s Pizza Pub – Authentic Chicago Pizza a couple of times now, and it never disappoints! The pizza is absolutely delicious—full of flavor and truly authentic. Every bite reminds you why Chicago-style pizza is so loved.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal together. On top of that, the customer service is wonderful—everyone is so kind, friendly, and attentive, which really makes the experience even better.
We always leave happy and satisfied. I definitely recommend Rosati’s to anyone looking for amazing pizza and great service!

EDIT: To your response, that’s not at all why I returned the item. It was undercooked to the point the dough was raw inside, it was extremely greasy and the pepperoni wasn’t cooked at all. Yes, was I disappointed it wasn’t eight dollars because I got the wrong Rosati‘s restaurant, but is that’s not your fault so I paid the $17 for it and left with high expectations but that is not at all what I got. When I called you offered me a five dollar credit or to remake the item, when I explained that’s not what I wanted, you finally agreed to a full refund and then hung up on me. So I had to call back to confirm that I was getting refunded. I left that part out at originally because I was trying to be kind but for you to turn around and blame me for your poorly cooked food… that’s all on you, not me. Not only will I not return there ever again I will make sure to mention how professional management is. I highly recommend you just go across the street to the other Italian restaurant that knows how to cook and has the best staff ever!
Ordered a calzone and it was completely soggy and raw on the inside. Pepperoni was very undercooked too. The manager eventually agreed to a refund and hung up immediately. Last time I was there I ordered a salad for my son who just wanted lettuce and dressing and it had to be remade 4 times and the pizza took 2 hours for dine in. I was hoping for better this time.

We stopped by Rosati’s Authentic Chicago Pizza on a Sunday to watch the NFL games and were really impressed. The menu has something for everyone—authentic Chicago-style deep dish, thin crust pizza, wings, pasta, salads, Italian beef sandwiches, appetizers, and desserts.
If you’re there for sports, this place is set up perfectly. There are TVs everywhere, so you won’t miss your game, and they have a full bar as well. We also learned they run fun weekly events like Trivia Tuesdays, Bingo on Thursdays, and live music on Saturdays.
This location is under new ownership and is a great addition to the Publix shopping center on Hunt Club Blvd in Apopka. Friendly atmosphere, solid food, and a great sports-bar vibe. Definitely coming back—and bringing friends next time

This was our first visit here. We were greeted with a warm smile and welcome. Food came out hot and delicious. We will be bringing my inlaws here. This is a fabulous establishment with a variety of dishes. Looking forward to our next visit to hear the band play. I would and will recommend to anyone and everyone.

I had been craving Chicago-style pizza, and I found Rosati’s through a Google search. It’s 45 minutes from my house, but my husband and I decided to drive over for dinner. We split a garden salad which was a bit overpriced for the portion, but it helped tide us over waiting for our pizza. Only 1 dressing is served with the salad, and we weren’t aware that ordering another dressing was a .99 upcharge. The Chicago deep dish pizza was wonderful! My only complaint was the amount of toppings for the price. At $4/topping, we definitely expected more. The mushrooms were tiny and there were only a few pieces of pepperoni on the entire large pizza.
On a different note, our server was so nice and answered all of our questions. She definitely made it a great experience.
