I used to come to this place years ago and I moved away. I just recently started coming back to it. The food is great and everything is fresh. The shredded beef tacos are good but they are lacking some flavor. If they can get that flavor that I’m looking for they will be amazing. My wife likes the chile verde burritos. When you eat there they serve beans and cotija cheese on top of the chips. They are amazing with the red salsa. I’ll give them a 5 star for freshness and great friendly service. But would really love it if they gave some of their dishes more flavor. I tried the tacos de papas and they were decent. Not quite what I was hoping for. But I will return soon to try other dishes. We came on a Sunday afternoon and I loved that they had the football games on.

This restaurant is a small little thing and the inside isn’t too great but it’s not too bad either! Let me start with the food and oh wow where do I begin?!?! Everything we’ve tried was so DELICIOUS Chicken Tacos Dorados were so good, every bite was full of flavor. Definitely something I would order again! The Chile Relleno Burrito was so good, tacos de tripas, and Taquitos plate were so good. It’s no fancy place but if your looking for food with lots of flavor you can’t go wrong with this place!!The place has had some upgrades… it’s much nicer and the food still so DELICIOUS!!! Service was great as well.

Initially went to Michoacana but when we saw this place across the seat , all of a sudden we craved a burrito and decided to give the place a try. I got the carne asada burrito for about 10$, it was a decent size but it was delicious, added lemon and it was even more gas. My man said the shrimp burrito was also fire but he regretted not getting the carne asada after getting a bite. I was shocked it was sort of empty on a Saturday for being a cool vibe spot, apparently they remodeled and it definelty looks clean, nice and chill, like I can relax and work on my MacBook type of chill. Staff was friendly, bathroom accessible. Will be returning to try out the pozole or caldo de res.

Just moved into the neighborhood and saw this spot had good reviews. They are authentic with the flavors and real good and speedy service. My order was to-go following the day after a major holiday. Loved the taste of my burrito de carne asada. It was an average size but packed with the right balance of meat, rice (and I believe beans as well). I was able to get both the red and green salsa and they were both very yummylicious. That chipotle salsa was my top pick though. I was offered chips and salsa (which was more on the pico de gallo side), and it was also good but not spicy. I also tried the horchata (without ice) and it was cold still but super sweet and I’m pretty sure it’s not made from scratch. Maybe with the ice it would have been more watered down but it was not good imo. So I’m a bit bummed out about that. I’ll be down to try the Jamaica next time instead. And I’ll def be back to try the tortas or other menu items. And they have a cute setup in one of the corners; It’s spacious, clean and the deco is unique. I liked it! It was practically empty when I got there (just one person waiting for a to-go order), so I did not get the full ambiance of the place, but I’m sure they have their days (especially since it was the day after a holiday). If you pay with a card, they charge a 4% service fee. I did see an ATM inside, but did not see if it was functional.

They recently did more renovations to the interior; added a bar and opened up more the counter space. Very clean place. Food has always been top notch. Like with everything and everywhere prices have gone slightly up. Have been coming here for over 10 years.

The fish tacos always hit!!! They have a special on Monday and Wednesday if Baja tacos are your thing. Service is amazing and the atmosphere is beautiful!!! So nice for a cute date. I’m a loyal customer !

Nice small restaurant with lots of Mexican food options! We usually order menudo and nachos. They recently renovated the place and it looks amazing! I will be coming back to dine in.
The only downside is that I believed they’re still only CASH… not sure it they take cards now that it’s been renovated
