Claire and Eddie have really knocked it out of the park with The Witlof. Fantastic location and interior, and the food was so insanely good. A truly elevated experience. It was perfect for our date lunch. It has Basque, Dutch, and Korean-inspired fare, and we decided to go full Korean. My wife and I are both gluten free, and it was a relief that so many options on the menu were gluten free. They have plenty of dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan options, too. We shared the K-Pop chicken, which of course we had to get just for the name. It’s like popcorn chicken, but make it Korean. Claire said the K-Pop chicken was their top seller, and I could see why. We could eat that again and again. We also shared the bibimbap and asked for it with extra bulgogi meat and an extra egg. Both were so incredibly flavorful. The bibimbap has house-made pickled veggies and house-made kimchi. My wife will be doing another trip to Walla Walla this month just to bring her sister here so she can experience it too. Service was prompt and top notch, and they answered all our questions about our food allergies. The Witlof is a treat and a must-visit if you’re in Walla Walla for the day.

The food was delicious. We tried several appetizers and all have great flavor. We split a main and tried the Chicken Sammo which was fantastic!
Service was great. We were greeted promptly, given menus and weren’t rushed into making choices but someone was always nearby for recommendations.
The atmosphere is classy but is casual enough to be inviting to tee shirts and ties.
Highly recommended!

Witlof is amazing! The food is fresh, creative, and full of flavor, every dish feels special. On top of that, the owners are awesome. You can tell they truly care about the food, the space, and the people who walk through the door. It makes the whole experience even better. Easily one of my favorite spots in Walla Walla! Also their mango cheesecake >>>>

Great meal tonight! Something new, unique, different that everything else in WW. I have been waiting for a fine dining restaurant like this for some time. I had a Korean inspired Ramen with pork belly. Spectacular. Here are some photos of the fine meal we had this evening.
Looking for to exploring more of this eclectic menu!

We were seated promptly. Atmosphere was sophisticated, bright and roomy. Service was impeccable! 5 star! The food was absolutely delicious, unique flavors and perfectly balanced. The drinks were crafted and artisanal. There is no other restaurant with this flare in Walla Walla, and it’s good to see a more global offering. Thank you for providing myself & guests with such an outstanding experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was excited to try The Witlof, and was very pleased with the food. We ordered the K-Pop Chicken app, crispy, tangy delicious.
For entree the cuadril a la plancha, med rare. Steak was cooked perfectly with excellent crust. Also the bibimbap, first time trying it and loved it, other reviews more familiar with the dish say the flavor profile was off…maybe it was, still a very fresh flavorful rice dish.
From the reviews it seems this was a 1 off night, but, the front of the house had only 1 server so service was really slow and ruined I believe a potential excellent experience.
I would recommend trying The Witlof, I will definitely return. Hopefully on a night that the front house staffing is adequate.

Even though the restaurant was nearly empty (one guy at the bar when we arrived, and two couples who came in after us), it took almost an hour to get our food. The food was quite bland, like almost no seasoning. I wouldn’t get dinner here again.
That being said, the beer on tap was great and the cocktail I tried was good. I would come back for drinks only.

Our first time dining at The Witlof and we will definitely be going back. Service was was great and the food was spot on. I had a simple poached eggs on toast and the eggs were perfectly done along some not to crisp or wimpy toasted baguette. My companion ordered the French toast and it also was delicious and like my order, presented very well.
Also the Americano was very smooth. All in all a very well done brunch service.

It’s a very ecclectic menu, Basque with Korean and Dutch influences. They just opened so you can tell there are some growing pains but we had a nice time and a lot of fun ordering quite a few appetizers. Our favorite was the corn cheese

We’ve been twice now and we would say this place is a gem. If do nothing else, get the KPop Chicken with the house made hoisin sauce, im still dreaming about it.
