I went through the drive through on Sunday 7/20/25. I ordered 2 sausage toasters and 2 bacon toasters all with mustard, 3 med diet coke, 1 med Dr Pepper and 1 dish of vanilla ice cream. I had to repeat my order 4 times. Once I got to the window I paid and then she handy me the drinks and then the sandwiches. I had to wait over 10 minutes for the ice cream and didn’t get it, I told them just give me a little whipped cream it was for my dog. I should have check the bag because once I got home it was missing a bacon sandwich!! I tried calling and there mailbox was full. On tues I went for a chili dog for my mom. I told the guy about Sunday before I ordered he said the owner was there and he would tell them and check out their phone messages. Oh and they haven’t been giving my receipt to me. The owner didn’t even come to the window while I was there!! This isn’t the first time it’s happen!! Obviously the owner doesn’t care!! Oh and I still didn’t get my receipt.

Best Sonic around and thankful that it’s in my own town. By far the friendliest. I’ve had out of town folk say, “Stratford has the friendliest and best Sonic.” I traveled the state for several years and honestly got burned out on Sonic food, because it was the only option in many of the smaller towns. But I was always thankful because I usually knew what I was going to get was what I ordered.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is sometimes the wait is longer than it should be (always when you need to be somewhere.) Probably because of small town staffing issues and not having enough coverage when an employee calls in sick.

We were only car at the restaurant and waited for 20 minutes.And our food never even made it to the kitchen.When I stated I wanted to cancel because our order wasn’t being prepared.I got a sarcastic sorry about that.. two thumbs down

Honestly, this is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly enough, but my order is never right (I’ve even taken to repeating it 3 times). If this wasn’t the only fastfood in town I would go elsewhere.

Stopped in while traveling through the area and was very pleased. Our order was perfect and the food and the drinks were up to the Sonic standard. Would recommend when in the area! We actually got three meals and drinks and the service was really quick and correct and the car hop was so kind and friendly. It was a delightful experience! We will be back when in the area!

This place is hit and miss. It’s either good or not so great. I love the mango sweet teas. And really wanted one bad today. Got two. They taste like week tea with no mango. Guess you should just call and see who’s working before you go to this place 🙁
Changed my review to one star. Tell me how it takes 15 minutes to get my order, then I’m missing something. Then I tell the car hop. Says I’ll bring it right out. I wait another 8 to 10 minutes I had to hit the button again. 30 minutes to get my food. Someone needs to get the night shift in order.

I have never had an unpleasant experience here. Staff is always nice and friendly. My order has never been wrong. I know if it ever is, they’d fix it. Small town Sonics are great!

We ordered ahead on the app so it would be ready once we got there. The girl brought out 3 drinks and two bags full of food (we only had 2 items in total). I told her that it wasn’t the right order and she took the items back from me (which had already been touched and in the vehicle) and I watched her take it to another vehicle. If I had not opened the bag to see what she was handing me then that may have been one thing but I had and that food shouldn’t have been given to another customer; it should’ve been remade fresh. After the mix up, it took over 20 minutes for a drink and a hot dog to be brought out to us.
