I got the original bag and the double bacon cheeseburger was burnt and dry. It had a crumb of bacon on it. The chili dog was cold and the sweet tea was bitter. Now i understand why the lines
at mc donalds and wendys were packed. Also i had to wait in the drive thru for a while so i was expecting hot food. Food was complete garbage and i will not return.

Went to place an order pulled to window to let girl with the nose ring know you can’t hear her through the box. Rolled her eyes didn’t acknowledge at all . Didn’t tell us a price at window just started and had a bad attitude. Left without food went inside to speak to manager and the so called manager had nothing to say will not be going back this is the 4th time we had issues with attitudes and /or food from this location.

Waited 20 minutes for some stupid fries & a drink. The only reason I stayed is because I couldn’t figure out how to cancel my mobile order & get my money back. So I go inside to get my food & I see why it took so long- their phones were more important than their work. I used rewards in the app for this food so I definitely will not be returning. Wasted way too much of my time for nothing!! Pretty furious. Their kitchen is also a mess- & their drink station was ill-stocked.

We ordered at 9:12 on a Saturday morning and the hash rounds tasted of stale cooking oil. My partners sandwich was hot and tasty. Mine was cold and adequate. Server did not respond to our use of Good morning, please or thank you. Receipt said her name was Demonta. Coffee cups were overfilled so had to dump some out before being able to add cream or sugar. Not that that improved the flavor.

I would avoid this location. I’ve been left waiting for over 10 minutes multiple times because they have forgotten my order. Food quality is alright during lunch. Atrociously bad during breakfast. Tables are almost always filthy and sticky. Fountain machine is usually out of several flavors at once (Dr Pepper, Coke, ect). One day it was so bad that a Hardees employee that was on break had a friend of hers bring her a drink from the McDonalds down the road.

Food in the drive thru came out as cold as the temperatures outside. Extremely slow service as well. Probably led to the cold food.

Rarely have I rush for breakfast at this location, but as life goes sometimes you have to get a quick egg biscuit and coffee on the run. Three visits in one year; Food quality (biscuits and sausage poor quality). It happens but except in case it’s my only option I prefer not to punish my taste bud. Also, their coffee Luke is warm.

Extremely slow. We waited to place an order at the empty drive-thru and then waited 22 minutes for our order to be ready. The floor (visible through the drive-thru window) was filthy with food and other trash that the employee was walking over. The server was not friendly at all and my wife’s burger bun was stale. Oh, and they didn’t give us any napkins.
