The food is good pricey but good! The service was not to good the girl gave me attitude while taking my order I was polite but i guess she was not having a good day! Overall the fries are the best they fill the bag with fries so I did not mind paying more than what I usually pay for a burger and fries. It was loud for my liking as well.

People seem to love this place but in my opinion, it is ridiculously expensive for fast food. I got 2 Jr cheeseburgers, 1 regular fry, and 2 regular drinks and the bill was $38!! I could not believe that. For that price I could have gone to many other burger joints for a larger and better burger (The Stand in Tustin, Hopdoddy in Tustin, Eureka in Irvine, even Red Robin in Orange). This is straight up fast food…it should not cost $12-$14 for a single burger with no fries and no drink.
I ate here at noon on Friday and the place was EMPTY for a “lunch rush”. There was prob 2 other people in the entire restaurant.
The food taste fine. It wasn’t great by any means but it was not bad. I enjoyed it.the fries were super soggy , which I was really bummed about. I did like their soda machine though…love all the drink choices.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was exactly as expected, excellent!
The restaurant was clean, and the restroom was clean. I highly recommend this location, and I will definitely be back.
Well I came back again today that everything was excellent the french fries were crazy good I ate way too many LOL the hamburger was exactly the way I wanted it and it was delicious unfortunately I have decided not to have seed oils anymore and will only be eating at places that cook the Fry’s Etc in beef tallow

One of my favorite burger joints! Free peanuts while you wait for your order, they give you a bag full of fries no matter what size you order, the service is always great and the burgers are out of this world! The only downside is that it is a little pricier then your average burger place.

TLDR: Nice location, good food, a bit pricy
This 5 Guys location is at the end of a strip mall and it’s fairly easy to find. The area isn’t ever crowded when I visit so parking isn’t an issue. Inside, the place is always near and tidy, despite them being famous for having free self-serve peanuts and encouraging you to toss the shells on the floor. The staff welcomed me when I walked in, and I walked straight up to the counter to order.
***If you haven’t been here before, take note: a cheese/hamburger has two patties, so if you’re not that hungry, order the “mini” which is only one patty.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger “all the way” (with all the fixings like grilled onions, mushrooms, etc), my +1 ordered a mini hamburger the same, and we split a large fry. We added a couple fountain drinks, and the total came out to just over $30.
As for the burgers, the bun was fresh and the patties were juicy and delicious. The fries were great, too…but there were so many, we couldn’t finish them! They came in a soda cup, but I swear they must have dumped an extra cup of fries in the bag on top. Next time we’ll try the medium. You could easily split them between three people, or maybe even four.
I’ve eaten here before and I’ll come back again. My only complaint (and the reason for not giving 5 stars) is that the cost is a bit pricey, but I’ll still splurge every now and then given that the food is good.

Came to get a meal for the family cost $60 gave the cashier $100 bill zilda the cashier hands it to another staff (jimmy) for safety totally understand then he looks at it multiple different ways holding it to the light uses the pen looks at it again against the light the says he can accept it even though its real I don’t know if he is profiling because I’m a larger black man in casual wear or what but then I take out another $100 bill from my wallet and he is fine with that one I come here often and always pay with bigger bills this is the first time I’ve had a issue wish staff the staff at this location are usually very nice but now I feel violated and more then likely won’t be back

If you like All American, sloppy hamburgers with the works, as well as a small order of piping hot fries that is really a large, then no frills Five Guys is for you! Delicious, aromatic, savory, juicy, comfort food. And roasted American peanuts in te shell for snacking while you wait are available.

The people here are always cool. Easy to talk to, generally patient and helpful. Food is fresh and taste great. Just always hard to swallow the check. Particularly with a family of four. Also, it was dead at 720p on a Tuesday night.

Freaking LOVE me some Five Guys! You order the “Little Fries”, and you get a small cup of fries, but then they proceed to FILL THE BAG WITH FRIES! In this economy? That’s absolutely heroic! Plus the Burgers always taste fresh, and the milkshakes are better than any Burger Joint Milkshakes in all of SoCal, and that’s saying something!
