I was greeted by a staff member (I believe it was the manager or shift leader) and she was extremely friendly and pleasant. Chow mein was greasy and warm. Broccoli was under cooked, and was much more than the 5 pieces of beef. Zucchini in mushroom chicken was very crunchy and should have cooked longer.

Customer service is as subpar as the food. Only reason I got takeout was because of my kids school doing a fundraiser. I’ll just donate the $10 they made from my family’s dinner order directly to the school instead of dealing with the clown show this poorly managed location is next time they do a fundraiser.

I’ve always enjoy their honey walnut shrimp. I tried their new menu for crispy almond chicken breast, i cant rate it properly since they served me burnt crispy almond chicken breast. If you over cook something, please don’t serve it to customers. We deserve better.
