Miss Saigon in Vienna was absolutely unforgettable. The service was excellent, the atmosphere is beautiful, and everything we ordered was incredible.

The duck was perfectly cooked — juicy, flavorful, and crispy on the outside. The pork was amazing, the soup was excellent, and the cocktails were just as impressive as the food.

A truly outstanding dining experience. Highly recommend, and I would definitely return.

Nah
Probably the best food in this area.
The place itself is nice, cozy, and clean — definitely a spot with good potential.

However, the service was really disappointing.
The male server repeatedly avoiced eye contact with me.
Not only him — another female server also pretended not to see me, even when I raised my hand.
In some cases, they clearly saw me and then looked away on purpose.

This didn’t happen just once — it happened multiple times, which made the experience very uncomfortable.

I was well dressed, polite, and patient, and I only tried to get their attention after they had finished what they were doing, so this wasn’t a matter of being rude or demanding.

The service was honestly very frustrating, and I really hope the restaurant can improve staff attentiveness and service attitude, because the food truly deserves better

(Deserves 4* but i have to make it 1*, cuz i know people only read 1* rate comment)

As an Asian, food are the TOP priority for evaluating a restaurant worth how many stars and whether it is worth second visits.

We have a saying :

Even the simplest dishes are the true test of a chef’s skill and a restaurant’s mastery.
The simpler the dish, the more it must rely on precision and great flavour (delicious ) to be considered truly successful.

The Pho (Beef Noodle Soup) seems to be the most easy dish but it shows how a chef / restaurant make the most simple dish to be perfect !
Full of beansprouts were placed beneath the bowl to look “abundant “ or “large bowl”. A small amount of noodle and beef slices were given on the top.
The beef was sliced in the wrong method and you chew it in the very hard way ( meaning the chef/ master doesn’t even master how to cut meat in the correct way ).
Soup based : 3/ 5 points.

Curry duck : the curry is not self-cooked but package and recook . Fried duck was also factory mass production from Hungary and recook and chop and place there – make it fusion.

Fried rice with prawns – recommended .

Very pretty restaurant, but tiny portions and very expensive. We ordered the best of street food starters, caramel pork and caramel tofu. Neither of the dishes came with a side of rice, and were very small and had little to almost no flavor. The restaurant is also very loud and crowded. Very disappointing.

Skip this place.
The cocktails were excellent, absolutely recommend.
The lemongrass beef was served oversalted to the extent one could claim it’s pickled beef, or the dead sea on a plate. The waiter said that it’s less salty if we eat it with rice, but he was wrong, it still tasted like the dead sea.
The green papaya salad was tasty. Not spicy tho.
He did offer to make a new dish but I didn’t ask to replace the dish because after eating less than 20%, the salt ended both me & my partner’s appetites. He didn’t bring water like I asked when he took that salty dish.
Go here for cocktails only, and if you do order food, do not be uncomfortable like me to return a bad dish to the kitchen.

Cosy and stylish little Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Vienna. Excellent service, ambience, and lunch special. Had fish fillet with the lightest, flakiest batter, topped with a scrumptuous tamarind sauce. Almost like a Pad Thai sauce. Heavenly.

The seating was comfortable and the waiter was very polite and nice. The food was delicious and quickly served. They have lunch special 15 Euros for a bowl of nozzle plus a cup of light beer. High recommend. Will visit again during our stay in Vienna.
