Not sure what the problem is at this McDonald’s location, but when I go through the drive thru, the fries are never hot! I can order them in Livermore at the Vasco Rd location and they are still hotter by the time I get home 25 min later than the fries I get from this location less than 2 minutes later. Thought maybe once in awhile, but every similar time.

Recieved horrible customer service at this location multiple times. Really sucks that it’s the closest one to my home. The manager Mary has a funky attitude and is very dismissive when talking to customers. Go at your own risk.

I used the self-serve kiosk and made an order to dine in. Even though I placed my number on the table, they never brought my food and it was just sitting there.I had to go get it and eat a cold meal. All the lady said was sorry about that.

For Mc Donald’s this one actually allowed you to order with a live attendant. In Southern California they all require you to either use the mobile app, or the kiosk. Kiosk. This was refreshing to talk with real people. Food was typical McDonald’s. I did order with the app and everything came out as I ordered it. Food seemed appropriately hot. And consistent with McDonald’s Big Mac and Filet-O-Fish and fries. McDonald’s atmosphere is never my favorite, but it was clean. The bonuses the restrooms are always available.

Food was just not par with McDonald’s standards. Hair in my fries, burger did not taste right, couple of other things but just not there, mcd, usually is consistent. Counter/window service was fine.
