I liked the place too much, I ordered a sandwich and as if they were robots they managed to get it out at super speed, and also freshly cooked, very delicious all the potatoes don’t even say, very good to the point of salt, the Customer service is 100 I hope they continue like this with good attitude and speed of service!!

INTRODUCING KFC DAYCARE!!!
Ordered online for pickup.
Walked inside, the gentlemen that helped me at the front counter was polite and professional.
Then I just happened to notice that apparently kfc has turned into kfc with daycare.
If that’s the case can I buy chicken and drop off my kids for the day.
I would love to know what their rates are.
While waiting for my order, I noticed a little boy playing in the dishes, getting water all over the floor, while throwing bubbles all over.
By all means kids will be kids.
I just don’t think that kids should be at the workplace, especially when there’s fryers that have 400 + degree oil in it.
It would be devastating if that little boy got into the fryer or a sharp knife fell from the sink and he got hurt, or even worse.
I will return again, But hopefully I will not see that little boy in service area anymore.

Fast food in general has gotten worse and worse, every time I order from anywhere they forget something or give us the wrong stuff, this time I didn’t get the correct chicken sandwich I ordered, I asked for pickle to be removed and they weren’t, they gave me the wrong drink, they forgot 2 orders of fries for our meals and forgot the dipping sauces for our nuggets, and they think they should make 15+ and hr? I’m tired of paying these outrageous prices for fast food that they can’t ever get right

I ordered online for a future pick up time At 1:45 I went a little bit earlier at 1:20 and I went to the speaker and said hi. I’m 10 minutes early but I’m here they said just come to the window so I went to the window and they are passing me out my big bags full of food that I ordered already bagged up 20 minutes earlier than when I was supposed to pick it up at first he forgot the Extra sides I ordered he only gave me the side That came with the meal so he gave me the extra sides and then when I went to go check the chicken, it felt cold I’m wondering i’m wondering if they bagged it up when I ordered it at 1230 because otherwise how do they have it bagged up and ready a second after I tell them I’m here at the speaker when it wasn’t even supposed to be picked up until 25 minutes later very disappointed at the store also called customer service and they seem like they don’t care They didn’t even see if I wanted to replace just the chicken at least I would’ve even took the bucket of chicken back to get the replacement, but what’s the point of

The new manager really turn this place around. I think his name is Eddie. After the pandemic the Magna KFC was hit and miss which made me sad because I prefer KFC over every other fast food place. That being said, The last dozen times I have been here I have found they are sometimes faster than McDonald’s and the surrounding fast food options and their food is crispy hot and delicious. Today I got a Papa burger combo with their super fries and a drink for like 5.99 or something like that so yeah It was a good enough deal that I optioned up and got the dill pickle ranch cheese curds.
Usually I get the pot pies which have a crispy buttery crust…phenomenal, and of course that’s not forget the KFC bowl and there’s family meals that got mac and cheese mashed potatoes and gravy coleslaw big thick french fries I mean wow no way you can feed a a big family this much quality for that low of a price, Don’t believe me Go to McDonald’s and order 5 or 6 or 7 full meals and see what happens. Super glad there’s a KFC here in Magna, keep up the great work keep up the great food and I will keep showing up.

Ordered a couple meals and they said we had all our food then get bag open and missing the nugget meal. The mashed potatoes had really no gravy. Gave us no utensils. Employees messing around joking around in the back instead of helping customers. Stood at counter for a bit while noone came to front so could get the nuggets and other items we needed. Not sure id come here again

This place is trash. My grandma was visiting often for a while. Her meal is about $8. Turns out they ran her debit card right after as well for $45. Several times, they’ve run her card 3 times in a row at one visit. Times are hard enough as it is and living is expensive. They’re plenty comfortable scamming the community. Avoid this place.

I regret it every time I go to this location. Spent $30 for 3 chicken sandwiches one was a combo. And the sandwiches were plain and the chicken was so small cold and old. They did not have biscuits nor hamburger patty’s. And pot pies were out of the question as well due to the oven being broken. No excuse as they had 6 employees walking around doing who knows what because they are out of everything we had to go back because they forgot the old cold fries they served us.
