Went through the drive through most meals are $14-$11 per meal. Chicken tenders were super dry, bone in wings are small and lacked seasoning, fries were not crispy & some had seasoning on it and some did not. Waited over 20mins for my food and they got my order wrong. Had to go inside because with my drive through order, i ordered a side of cheese curds and they gave me fries. Noone seems to double check the orders just put boxes in bags cause everyone seemed dumbfounded. Also they gave wrong flavors for the chicken. They also couldn’t get my drink order right. Worst $90bucks for 6meals and missing food I ever spent. I will never return. I’ve had Zaxby’s before and this isn’t standard.

Quick lunch at Zaxbys in Woodruff. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and fast. The sandwiches were good, and hit the spot for lunch. Overall, a good experience.

I visited Zaxbys in Woodruff SC today. The all around service was wonderful. Smiling faces, polite voices, food and drinks were perfect. Those lemon pepper wings were seasoned to perfection. Fries were crispy and seasoned. I will always go there when im in Woodruff.

The location is wonderful but 85% of the staff literally does not care, they don’t say you’re welcome back, they mess up orders all the time, I will not be back I tried to give this location multiple chances but they just do not care at all! Clean house and hire some people that care about your business!

The staff are amazing and the management is so polite they always make sure we are enjoying our food and making sure we do not need anything else. The staff always welcomes the customers as they walk in. They are also very accommodating when I have a gluten allergy.

Zaxby’s in Woodruff is always a great experience! The staff is friendly, fast, and they go out of their way to make sure your order is right. One thing I really appreciate is that they offer discounts to first responders, huge respect for that! And if you haven’t tried the loaded fries yet, you’re seriously missing out, they’re packed with flavor and always hit the spot. The food is consistently fresh, and the portions are generous. Easily one of the best spots in town for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

I went there around 9:45 and was immidately told to hold on. After about two minutes I order, but waited a while and only had two cars ahead of me. I ordered tea and they said they didn’t have any. I also asked for extra zax sauce and was charged for it. However I get home and there is no zax sauce in the bag and not even the standard one that comes in the box. The toast is barely buttered or toasted. The fries are not seasoned at all and some are hard crispy pieces. I likely won’t be back to this Zaxbys for the poor service and not even getting what I asked, and was charged, for or what I wanted for that matter.
