Stopped by this store on New Year’s Day while out shopping with the family. Despite being busy, the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was our first time there, so our cashier helped recommend some flavors for us. Although they have teas and shakes that looked delicious, we had to try the rolled ice cream. It was cool to watch thru the glass as they mixed and rolled each dessert.

We tried three different flavors of the rolled ice cream, including pina colada. All three were yummy! Can’t wait to go back and try out their other flavors.

Gross gross gross!!! Workers have poor attitudes very hateful! It’s so disappointing for my kids to have had a horrible experience when being so excited to come here its like $8 something with tax comes out to $9 even not worth it!! Don’t recommend! It’s also very dirty they need the health department in this place!! Never going back rather go else where than to ever spend money here again. YUCK!!!

Brand new location and I finally got a chance to try it! They had excellent customer service at the register and their focus on ice cream making is incredible and surprisingly quick considering they essentially make the ice cream in front of you on one of those frozen metal plate things. My brother ordered the Strawberry Shawty and I ordered the Mango Tango. No regrets here! Definitely plan on going back to try more flavors.

Overpriced for what you get. My order was made incorrectly (ordered the taro, which is supposed to have raspberries. Saw the worker get them out of the fridge but they somehow didn’t make it onto my order. Couldn’t see that under the whipped cream) and I didn’t know it was wrong until I was too far on the other side of the mall to go back. Customer service is also mediocre.

Guaranteed this place will NOT stay open long. Young kids that have zero customer service. Got there 45 mins before closing and they said they could not serve us. Also they were very rude for absolutely no reason. Sad.

So the rolled ice cream is yummy!!!however the store needs some cleaning. The light fixtures are so dirty makes me wonder if that dust is dropping to the sweets. Good seevie nice young man very polite. Just needs some TLC to the cleanliness.

The rolled ice cream was pretty good but the boba tea is terrible. This was supposed to be a brown sugar milk tea but I couldn’t taste any sugar or milk in it. It tastes really watered down and strange. Would not recommend.

Ah-ma-zing! I’ve watched tons of ice cream roll videos and I always wanted to try them. Roll Avenue has a good selection of flavors. I got Romanic Bangkok (Thai Tea) flavor and my boyfriend got Choc-O-Mania. It was great to watch and it was soooooo delicious! Definitely reccomend to anyone! We visited the Coronado location.

I have serious concerns about the hygiene practice here. The ice cream makers wear gloves, but they just keep wearing the same pair inside out after taking payments, including cash. After they took their gloves off to take the payments from the next customers, they again wore the same pair inside out. So, the same pair of gloves just keeps flipping side and being worn by the staff making the ice cream and touching the cookies, fruits, or anything put into the final product. The food contamination risk is extremely high. I saw this practice before they made my kids’ orders. So, I asked the staff to put on a new pair of gloves. Although he complied, he didn’t wash his hands after he took the cash payment. So, he basically put on the new gloves with his dirty hands. We threw away the ice cream without eating it, not risking our health.
