I’ve been coming to the Chick-fil-A since it’s open and I’m on a first name basis with most of the morning crew. I go to order is a grilled breakfast fillet with egg white on top . I was going to the gym before work and stopping at Chick-fil-A on Little Road and ordering the same thing. I’ve noticed that this Chick-fil-A makes a grilled fillets fresh every time I order it whether they’re still marinade in the bottom of the cup and it’s always super hot temperature wise. And today because I came in here and got the same thing and it is amazingly tasty. I will not ever go to another Chick-fil-A because this is why I come this Chick-fil-A. Super nice people and fresh delicious food. The one at Little Road made me my grilled Breakfast fillet, and it was dry as heck. I recommend this Chick-fil-A to anybody!

I have been getting the same order every morning in the mobile drive thru for over a year now. Water and an iced coffee with no cream or syrup. 3 times just this week alone there was syrup in my coffee so I had to throw it out and stop somewhere else on my way to work. Also many times I can see my order sitting on the counter and when they ask my name, I say Kevin and my order is ready on the counter. They still make me pull into a parking spot and wait 5 minutes. Looks like I will be finding a different place to stop for my morning coffee.

Chick-fil-A is usually a 5/5, but this location was terrible. It took the workers forever to take my order (I was in the drive thru). I could usually look past that if the food is good, but when I got home there was a piece of plastic fried into my chicken patty. (Seen in the picture)

I’ve been to countless Chick-Fil-A locations and nothing compares to the personable staff and top notch customer service at this location. We were greeted by multiple friendly staff when we walked in. The person talking the order asked my kiddo how they were and two team members assisted us once we got seated. Not to mention the food was hot and fresh. The team working here truly cares about what they do and enjoy working together. Keep the positive vibes going, Mansfield Chick-fil-A!

I recently placed a pickup order at Chick-fil-A, and I must say, the customer service was outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient. My order was ready on time, and everything was packed neatly. The food was fresh and delicious, just as expected. I appreciated the attention to detail and the cheerful attitude of the employees. I haven’t been to Chick-fil-A in a while, but I had to try their pretzel cheddar club sandwich and it was delish. The pretzel bun together with the strips of bacon was the perfect combination with their crispy chicken. It was a yummy chicken sandwich. The fries were on the soggy side, but still good. Not a fan of the 1/2 lemonade and 1/2 tea, so I think I’ll stick to my usual sweet tea.

I visited this Chick-fil-A drive-thru yesterday and had a poor experience. The employee Aiden took my order but showed little interest in helping. He barely acknowledged me, rushed through the process, and brushed me off when I asked about condiments. When I requested a manager, a team lead came out. I specifically asked for a manager, and Abdul then came forward claiming to be one. Later, I learned he wasn’t actually a manager. This left me feeling unheard and discriminated against. I expect better from Chick-fil-A.

From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I noticed how attentively Philip was interacting with every guest he encountered. He had a calm, composed demeanor, but you could also see how much positive energy he brought to the space. He greeted everyone warmly—using eye contact, a friendly tone, and addressing guests with “sir” and “ma’am” in a way that felt natural and respectful, not robotic or forced. It’s little things like that which make a huge difference.
When it was my turn to order, Philip welcomed me with genuine enthusiasm. He didn’t just rattle off the menu or try to rush me through—I could tell he was actually listening, making suggestions where appropriate, and ensuring I had everything I needed. I asked a few questions about some of the seasonal items, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to describe the differences and even shared what some of the more popular choices were that day. He had clearly taken the time to learn not just the products but how to guide guests to the best experience possible.
Once I placed my order, I noticed that Philip didn’t just hand off the next task to someone else—he actually followed through. He made sure my order was accurate, double-checked the packaging, and even brought it to my table personally. That’s the kind of proactive service you might expect at a fine dining establishment—not a quick service restaurant. I was blown away.
But it didn’t stop there. A few minutes later, he came back around to check on me—not in an intrusive way, but just enough to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He even offered to refill my drink and asked if I needed any sauces or condiments. He did all of this with the same calm, courteous, and upbeat attitude that made the whole experience feel genuinely personal.
It’s rare to find someone in the service industry who combines professionalism, kindness, and efficiency the way Philip does. He wasn’t just doing his job—he was owning it. You could see how much pride he took in representing Chick-fil-A’s values of hospitality, respect, and service excellence. Honestly, if I were in a position to hire for customer service training or team leadership, I would try to recruit Philip on the spot. He’s exactly the kind of person who makes a brand stronger by living out its mission in everyday interactions.
This kind of outstanding service is something I’ll remember, and it’s a big part of why I’ll continue to return to this Chick-fil-A location. Philip made a routine lunch stop into something memorable. He reminded me that great service can brighten someone’s day, and that one person can truly make a difference.
