Stopped in on a whim while killing time. Fabulous staff, flavor, and food. I will definitely be back – you guys are worth the drive especially during a time where restaurants are valuing volume over flavor. Place is a beautiful balance between cost and quality. The restaurant ambiance is truly fantastic! The black & red brick interior is stylish yet cozy, and the booth tables were incredibly comfortable, making conversation easy and relaxed.
The food was excellent, with the tomato sauce being a real standout. It tasted so incredibly fresh and had a deep, natural flavor that showed the quality of the ingredients.
The finishing touch was the highlight: the dessert and espresso combination was pure perfection. A must-visit spot for an unforgettable meal!

Very nice not bright place extremely clean .bit pricey but the food was yummy .would have liked more pasta 6oz is like toddler portions for me and come on pasta is 1.00 a box but you charge me 28.00 because it had shrimp and marinara sauce lol .overall it was very delicious. Beer was cold service was so so not very attentive to us. The decor was great beautiful bar too .my option is definitely go bk to try the wood fired pizza next .but a must try in Franklin lakes .

Pizza comes straight from a wood fire oven in the corner. The crust had crisp and chewiness, with plenty of toppings. The tiramisu is housemade. It was a little too sweet & delicate for me.
Service was friendly & professional
The vibes were clean, with a little bit of designed chaos (“Pazza” means crazy in Italian, and the pizza being served elevated by tin cans somehow fit that. Functional, and a little different). The tables were filled with family parties, friend groups, and dates.
Overall, good pizza & well-designed restaurant with personality.

We went to Pazza to celebrate my father’s birthday, and overall it was a great experience. The food was amazing and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals, and it felt like a nice place for a special occasion.
The only downside was the service. While it was not terrible, it could definitely be better. At times the staff felt rushed and could have been more polite and attentive.
That said, the quality of the food and the atmosphere made it an enjoyable evening, and with improved service, this place could easily be excellent.

Have been going to Pazza since they first opened. Safe to say, one of the best Italian restaurants. Consistency is key, and Pazza always succeeds in that aspect. Food is delicious, ambience is amazing, server did a fantastic job, zero complaints.
At the 2 person table, there was a 3rd ignorant lady sitting there in the booth part, making it uncomfortable for my partner as there is just not enough space. Staff realized this and immediately moved our table and gave us even more space.
Pazza takes care of their guests. Don’t get me started on their dessert… I love the graham slam, don’t ever get rid of it!
Bread is fantastic as well, loved the one you guys had before, but new one is just as good.
If you love meat, get the pappardelle short rib pasta, amazing!
Bring back the Sunday Gravy!!

The food was delicious and service was good. I called in a phone order which is a nightmare. How does such a nice and expensive Italian restaurant not have call waiting in Franklin lakes is insane. My biggest gripe is how small the portions for take out orders are. I got chicken francese dinner which was 25 plus tax see picture. For that price I should have had double the chicken. I also ordered gnocchi gluten free with shrimp on top. The shrimp add on was 10 dollars and I was not warned about the price increase would be so large. I’m sure in person the food portions are better but for such an established restaurant they should really be ashamed for giving so little in a takeout order. For two dinners it came out to be 70 dollars.

Food is amazing. Pasta is fresh, pizza is so good. The appetizers are all tasty. Great vibe and atmosphere. Well worth it. Make sure to make reservations. That’s the only thing is they get very full on weekends. But there’s outside tables and an inside bar you can sit and eat if you don’t have a reservation
