Well after an hour and 20 minutes of wait8ng for an order we received a call stating we would not be receiving our food. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but the 1.2 hours it took for the store to contact us most other food spots are closed thanks again looks like it will be gas station hot dogs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO’S.

I ordered from this location for the first time. I usually order from the Port Clinton store or the one on Perkins, but I decided to give the Milan location a try. I scheduled my order for a 7:00 PM pickup. However, when I went to send my girlfriend the electronic receipt, I noticed it said the order was placed for 4:00 PM instead.
I immediately called the store to explain the issue, hoping they could help resolve it. I was told there was nothing they could do, that it was my mistake, and that I would need to place and pay for an entirely new order. And the guy giving my order to my wife was very rude “here’s your 3 hour pizza” in front of everyone!
Very disappointing first experience. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of effort to help fix the situation is what stood out the most.

I have one question for you? How in the hell do you forget to cut the pizza? We were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge & reluctantly ordered from there. Our pizza arrived UNCUT! Came from out of town, ordered a pizza, took them over an hour to call and let us know they are canceling our order. No option to pick up, nothing. Could have let us know before, were sitting here waiting for over an hour, starving. We could have had other food by now. I would not ever order from this dominos again.

My boyfriend and I just finished moving into the area, we came in with only $15 hoping to get whatever we can and this amazing employee ( we sadly didn’t catch his name) helped us out from the kindness of his heart. He offered to help us cover some but before I could pay he had covered the order. Stand up guy and great pizza to boot. Never going to another pizza place ever

Don’t order in the mornings because the girl who opens can’t cook pizza worth beans. Can’t get over how when dominos started the whole “quality check” gimmick the service got worst.

I saw the signs for the new Domino’s opening and figured I would try it. I was amazed! From the moment I walked in the door the staff was so helpful, the restaurant was clean, and the food was incredible! Highly recommend!

My food was late and the delivery person couldn’t even bring the food to my door as I’m trying to get my kids into bed before school I had to go track down my food to the front of the building. Then my food was cold.
