Pretty nice local bar. Nice atmosphere. However, the food was WAY overpriced. And I was thinking this one one of cheaper things on the menu beside apps. We ordered the fish and chips. Recieved two small peices of fish and a small side of fries. Fancy presentation on a small plate does not cover the excessive cost for the food. It was just Fish and Chips.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! Diane, Richard, and Ryan are the best. They chat with all of their guests and make you feel welcomed every single visit. I go here with my family at least once a week, and I’m confident we’ve eaten everything, on the menu, at least once. The food is incredible!! They support local businesses with some of their menu items. Chelle is theee salt of the earth. I absolutely LOVE her! When we stray from the bar and pry ourselves away from Keno and Chelle, we sit on the enormous patio and listen to the live bands they hire. I had my 40th birthday here, where they hired my favorite band to play all night. They offer outdoor games to play like bags and Connect Four. There are several TVs laced throughout if you’re looking to watch some games. The patio has a few TVs as well! You’re not going to find a better place than this! This is exactly what you’re looking for in a local tavern.

I am not gonna put any bad stars because honestly, I do still love this bar, but I went there last night and I don’t get out much. I worked six days a week so last night was a rare moment that I was able to get out on a Saturday night.. I have my fiancé turn off the TV and I wanted to go out and have some drinks. He took me to my favorite bar in Milford. We walked in everything seemed perfect. The game was on for him. The radio was going for me and the food was great and we had our first cocktail.. texting you know, the music went off the TVs all went on the movie the elf and also it was a surround sound of the movie. I was very disappointed because it took the vibe right out of me and I cashed out to go home. No point of sitting in the bar watching TV when I can just do this at my own house. I was very disappointed for a Saturday night watching elf on TV at the bar. I will be returning, but hopefully next time when I return, it’s better than what it was last night.

The new owners at main Street tavern are knocking it out of the park with their great service, food and wonderful friendly staff. Great place to go to enjoy Michigan or Michigan State games lots of TVs indoor and outdoor seating. Located right downtown easy to find and plenty of parking nearby.
Even on a busy game day they were able to seat us right away with a smile. When you walk in you think it’s just a small little tavern but the place is actually huge! It goes way back and they have a large outdoor seating area with plenty of tables with umbrellas for shade. TVs out there also so you don’t miss the game.
Even if you’re not into sports it’s a nice place to sit and enjoy the great view of the street and people passing by. The staff is extra friendly and their hard work and efforts show they are trying hard to make your visit special and memorable. The food was great everything we ordered was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend. Great little pub with all the things you’d expect but taken up a notch.

Everything was amazing! We had the calamari, fries, coleslaw, and split a Rueben sandwich.
Our server Kellie was wonderful – attentive, friendly, and made sure we were happy with everything. I didn’t catch the bartender’s name, but he was really impressive as well – He came over to our table to make sure my drink was to my liking. Best service I’ve ever had.

Great service, great food, classic neighborhood tavern welcoming atmosphere! Have visited 2x, both experiences were just right! Meals we enjoyed- the slim Jim, fried chicken sandwich, caprese salad…. Seems like a local gem.

Went to eat with my 3 picky kiddos and they were all in love with their food and ask to come back religiously. Specifically the fries. The wait staff was exceptional. Dominic was our waiter and he was very attentive and amazing. Everyone is very friendly and inviting. We will definitely be back!
