Food was ok. Not the best for the price they have. Boneless ribs seemed dry and over cooked. Rice is very plain with random pieces of pork in it. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken combo but it had no sweet and sour sauce. Only thing offered was the duck sauce they had in a table to the side. I expected the actual red sweet and sour sauce.

So, where do I start! We spent $70.00 on food that wasn’t terrible.. HOWEVER, what Chinese establishment does NOT include at least soy sauce in the bag for a pick up?!
We got home with our order, that included 2 poo poo platters, plus much more! .. with ABSOLUTELY NOOOO soy sauce or duck sauce what so ever!! Never mind the sweet-and-sour sauce that usually comes with it!
When I called the actual establishment to question them, this is the excuse I was given:
“The sauces are on the table on the way out. If you want them, you need to get them yourself”. My response was “that includes The sweet-and-sour sauce?” And the lady on the phone said “yes.”
Never in my life have I ever seen sweet-and-sour sauce on a table!
So if you want dry Chinese food, my recommendation is go here unless you have all the sauces you need in your refrigerator.
There is definitely better Chinese out there! Just drive to Salem NH, 10 minutes away (I wish I did) and get better Chinese food!

You usually get one chance to make a good first impression, and Ruby China failed. Portions are small, food was merely average, entrée was mostly vegetable with very little meat, and overall not a good value for what they charge. I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not return.

Best Crab Rangoon around!! Add General Tso’s Chicken & Pork Fried rice along with maybe some beef Teriyaki or Beef with Broccoli for some great takeout. They don’t really do sit down service anymore but their food is the focus. Delicious and served by a hard-working family. “Don’t forget the sauce” : )

Ordered food off Door Dash tonight and could not be more impressed with take out chinese. Made a special request for the rice that came with the pu pu for 2 to be white pork fried rice, not a problem, not an upcharge. The food was awesome and very fresh. The fried food was cooked perfectly along with everything else. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future!

They staff is really nice, but they aren’t ready to have dine-ins yet. There’s a table to sit at while you’re waiting for your takeout, but that’s really it. They make their food without MSG. It’s really yummy and they do have items that are authentic Chinese, not just American-Chinese.

Definitely not ready for dine-ins post covid. Went here because the parking lot looked very busy. Stepped inside to a semi-clean waiting area and ordered Szechuan chicken w/ lo mein and the second order was steamed vegetables with shrimp with white rice.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews(especially for a small businesses) but after spending the entire weekend with my wife on the toilet I just simply have to say something. We have gone through an entire bottle of pepto in less than 48 hours.
Won’t be eating Chinese-food for a while and when we do we will not be going to Ruby.

Amazing food by amazing people. Have never had a bad meal. It’s so good! Not greasy, and everything it fresh!! Owners and wonderful! Always friendly, and smiling. Kids pitch in to help too! Great locally owned business!
