The staff was quick and very kind. The food was served fast and hot looked and tasted incredible. I will be back for more while in the area. Price was at a good point for the quality.
We mostly drink water going out and I do check that too. And it was with in good standing as well. Anything between 300-500 is questionable. And they were at 114. So good.
I so appreciated this meal and service after our long day. Loved the decor & atmosphere. We got the last parking space that would fit our large Ram truck.
Highly suggest you try.
Don’t forget to tip your servers.
It was difficult to order a bean and cheese chimichanga, but eventually the staff figured out how to make it work. It sounded complicated, and the waitress was having a significant amount of trouble, but I’m grateful for their efforts. Eventually they figured out how to make it work.
As for the chimi itself, I’d give it a respectable 9 out of 13 on the universal 13 point scale of chimichanga deliciousness. It was a bit flat and underfilled, to be honest. And the cooks didn’t let the oil drain adequately, which meant I was left with an oily chimi. Such a shame. The flavors were on point, the presentation was beautiful, but the execution was lacking in a big way.
As for the staff, they never brought me a water. Yikes! It felt like I was an annoyance, not a customer. No one brought me chips and salsa (not sure if they are free or if I needed to pay for them, but they weren’t offered to me).
Customer service was poor to mid. Food was mid. Chimi was delicious, but I was made to feel like a villain for ordering it without meat. My search for the world’s best chimichanga continues, and Tortas de Fuego doesn’t make the cut.
The waiter was friendly and accomadating. We encourage anyone to try this great place.
