Simply Noodles is based in Manhattan.
Simply Noodles focuses on making noodles, not just Ramen. We want to introduce more people to CROSSING BRIDGE RICE NOODLES. CBRN is a rice noodle soup originating from Yunnan Province of China, and is one of the best known dishes in Yunnan Cuisine.
You can have different flavors of soup with Chashu Pork or Beef Slices and importantly, CBRN are Gluten Free Noodles, healthy and nutritious, that you’ll remember.
We also strongly recommend Dan Dan Noodle and Noodles mixed with Scallion oil & Mushrooms, all made by us.
Either come and enjoy our fresh food at our restaurant, or you can order online and collect at your convenience.

I ordered Togo and it was still piping hot and super fresh by the time I enjoyed it. I love how they packaged it with the noodles in a little basket above the broth. I ordered the Kimchi ramen and it was full of flavor and extremely delicious! I seriously can’t wait to go back. The staff were friendly and quick, large portions, small space but very cozy. I can not describe how delectable, warm and incredible the coconut lava balls are! They are seriously one of the most delicious and satisfying things I have ever eaten. I was so surprised I tried to take a video of the gooey goodness, I wish I had some right now! A must go in the Upper West Side! Great location, safe neighborhood and lots of shops around. Thank you, Simply Noodles for the wonderful food and amazing packaging!

Nice Place, Simple Menu which makes choosing your meal easier. My only gripe is that every time the door is opened Arctic Air would rush in and make eating less pleasant. They probably pay a fortune and rent and aren’t allowed to add one of those winter entrances you see on some restaurants, which cushion the air against sudden changes. My Scallion Oil Noodles were great, a bit too salty, but overall I liked it. I would consider another visit on a warmer day.

On a cold winter night in NYC, finding such delicious rice noodles was an absolute delight. The staff were friendly, service was quick, and the soup noodles we ordered tasted genuinely authentic. Even the $1 cup of green tea was surprisingly high quality. A comforting meal all around!

We were just passing by and decided to stop in — and it turned out to be a great find.
A very small, cozy café with calm, beautiful music. Everything was extremely clean, and the food was delicious.
Friendly staff, five stars. I’ll definitely be back.

The service was super fast and food was very good; the noodle soups were soo good on a cold winter day! Not a ton of seating, we got lucky when we got there but long lines afterwards

Food taste excellent, service real good ,
It’s a small place, so it doesn’t create a genuine atmosphere. They could decorate it more in a typical Japanese style. But it’s fine for the price.

The perfect bowl of noodles. Piping hot, spicy, topped with a colorful array of fresh, crispy vegetables, and a softboiled egg at no extra cost (!!!). This restaurant is small and is using its space at perfectly optimized efficiency. The ambience is fantastic, including the bathroom. I will be back!
