The bad: We placed our order in person at 7:12pm on a Wed night and were told it would be ready within 30 min because they were backed up. Our pizzas didn’t come out till 8:20pm. I understand they had online orders but we were the only customers there in the restaurant. We were further disappointed with the scant toppings on our pizzas. Only credit cards are accepted for payment. The good: The sourdough crust is heavenly. You get a free drink per pizza (can of soda or bottled water). The floor and tables were clean. The employees were very kind. Bottom line: consider ordering online (because they seem to prioritize those orders) and keep expectations low for topping density.

What a beautiful place with beautiful pizza. We got the margarita pizza, it was so tasty! Like, lick your plate clean tasty. I ended up stealing a slice of Hawaiian and chicken Alfredo from our table it was sooo good. We can’t wait to come back and try more. The staff is awesome too! Lucky even with the construction on Main Street being crazy it was super easy to find parking close enough to walk around to the front.

The best sourdough pizza I’ve ever had & a beautiful interior! Loved the stained glass. The manager was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We first tried some at the city’s passport to summer pool party and knew we had to go back!

First class experience I would have never guessed was in Payson UT!

I started my Google account because my favorite pizza place at a ski resort in New York went out of business. I grew up in the nyc suburbs and travel a ton for pizza so I know a thing or two.

Is this pizza incredible based on everywhere I have been? Absolutely not. But based on utahs standards it’s very good.

Now based on the dining options in Payson Ut it is hands down and awesome experience especially for being open on Sunday.

The menu is small which is awesome the foods fresh and well made. The food was made snappy and they don’t take shortcuts. I also loved the craft rootbeer they had its awesome.

The service and setting are awesome as well with the high ceilings.

Only downside is street parking but there’s a lot behind it that’s very close as well.

I will definitely return to this place really happy you opened up in this location hands down one of the best dining options on Main Street if not THE best dining option on Main Street!

I took a bite, then took a picture. First time trying this pizza. It is AMAZING! The sourdough crust adds an extra level of flavor, and the pepperoni they use is delicious. You can tell it’s a premium pepperoni.

We like supporting the local businesses on Main Street, so we were excited to try this new sourdough pizza place. The pizza descriptions sounded great. We settled on the pepperoni, mozzarella, and fresh basil pizza. We placed the order online. Wait time 45 minutes. For a pizza?! Ok. We went to the building, about 40 minutes later, and the pizza was still not ready. We waited about 10 more minutes. The pizza came out in a small box. We opened it up, in the building, and saw what looked like a medium frozen pizza bought from the grocery store. This was not a $17 pizza. Not even close. We got home took a bite and were instantly disappointed. This pizza was not good. No flavor. Crust was beyond thin. The toppings looked like school lunch pizza toppings. I’ve actually had pizza out of a vending machine, tasted and looked about the same.
Pic shows how small the $17 pizza is. No trick photography.

You do not offer a “thin crust” option. That was just one thing that was surprising about our pizza. The crust was paper thin.
You also mention “artisan” pizza. There was nothing “artisan” about it. Maybe it was an off night? But, you only get one chance to make a first impression.

Pizza was very good we got the pepperoni, staff were very nice, food came out in a reasonable time. The only thing is that the pizza was just a tad greasy to the point where it was soggy but still very good and I could tell they used high quality ingredients. I will return

Gorgeous location with beautiful interior.
Definitely pricey. Cheese sticks is just a cheese pizza folded in half and cut up. Pepperoni was missing some toppings. Probably won’t be back

A masterpiece of pizza, which has far exceeded my expectation! The sourdough is of a most delectable texture, and the flavors are complex and sumptuous. The service is most courteous and friendly, and I feel that any pizza lover must visit it and be astounded by the magnificence!
