Popeyes never disappoints, although the biscuits were dried out. The chicken was spot on along with the fries. Always good food for a good price.

Went through the drive through after work, wait was reasonable. However after I received my food and pulled forward, I realized the order was wrong. I came inside immediately and notified them and turned the wrong order over to them. After at least 20-25 minutes I was asked what i needed. I mentioned my order, they went and found the receipt but told me the food wasn’t available anymore. I then asked for a refund and was told the manager was busy. After another 10 minutes, or so, I finally received a refund but it had to be cash because “the purchase was too far out”.

First In First Out does not apply here.

The people are nice there. Food is always fresh, never had soggy fries or stale chicken. My only problem here is that the front desk person acknowledges me but doesn’t take my order for a good 5 -7 minutes, the nice drive thru lady usually takes my order.

Drive thru: Two female employees were arguing. My food was handed over and sat there waiting for my drink while they continued to go back and forth, with their window open!!! She then asked, “Is there anything else I can do for you?!” Yes my drink please. Handed me my drink, closed the windows, continued to hear both employees arguing. I was basically trying to pay for my meal! I should’ve drove off!!!

Love the cajun rice and spicy chicken. Always done when i have gotten although i have gotten it from other chicken chains and the meat was still raw and bloody. Popeyes is my favorite.

I ordered something off of the windows and it wasn’t the day to order. The drive thru can’t see that menu from the location, but the window person said it’s only on certain dates. Also, I ordered 3 pieces of spicy, and only one piece was spicy, because I had not looked at my other until I got home. Bummer!
