So got a number #1 was eating when I felt somthing in my mouth and on my toung it was someone’s HAIR !!!!! Immediately spit out the food and sure enough a long strand of dark brown hair . Was in my food.. i removed the bun and found 2 more strand Of hair on the burger pattie !!!!!! needless to say I lost my appetite and threw away all the food including fries I hadn’t even touched yet ….

The food here is always delicious and the service is usually great, but today I had an issue. One of the employees named Bradyn brought me the wrong drink which was some type of blue coconut drink when I ordered a Dr Pepper with regular coconut syrup and cream. He then managed to spill said wrong drink down the inside of my car door and window landing some on my pant leg. He sat there squeezing the drink for a minute until I kinda pushed it back towards him. When I asked why it was blue, he just said “I don’t know”. He also didn’t grab me any napkins afterwards, nor the correct drink, and just proceeded to act like nothing happened. We went to a different spot, and Abby corrected the issue and was apologetic, which is very much appreciated.

Getting very hard to go to Sonic and eat. Never have more then 2stalls working and the stalls that was easy to pull into with a pickup are now app stalls. Service is awful, when you do get a hold of a person the girls are rude and cut you off after every item asking is that all. Went there 3nights ago and couldn’t eat for no where to place an order. Went down the road to Carl’s and had supper. About to stop going to Sonic all together.

Sulphur sonic only hires people who don’t understand what their job duties are. Food is usually good but services is horrible. Even if you order ahead they do not get your order out on time the just click that they are on their way so that they don’t get in trouble for being slow when actually they are very slow and in competent. Unfortunately it’s a small town and I will have to continue to use them but I will start doing reviews every time they choose to make stupid choices.

The sweetest workers I’ve ever come across! The food came out fast, they were so kind about being willing to fix my order. The error was my fault. I was just so hungry I didn’t realize when they said my order back to me what I was getting.

Food was Hot! Therfore I do believe it was fresh tho the customer service sucked big time!!! Once they seen our race they immediately started being rude taking the order tho its always good to treat people with kindness as we did. The catholic brought our food out with the ugliest look on her face. She even turned to walk away quick. We had to stop her like hey sweetie we hadn’t even paid you for our food. But paid and smiled and made sure to tell her we hoped her day got better and to be blessed! Needless to say! This is 2023!!!! GET IT TOGETHER
