I have gone to this place for the last time. Its not because of the food, or service, but the price. It is absolutely ridiculous. They have gone too far. You can now go to a really great steak house down the road for just a mire $2-3 more and have an amazing sit down meal. I will not be going back here ever again, due to their prices. Its almost $20 now for a 6 strip chicken meal. Fast food market is eazing there way out of my market, and I love spending money, so its not that! But before I pay this amount for 6 chicken strips, I’ll go without. Which i did, I jumped out of line and drove home 45 minutes away and ate at home.

I still have no idea why this place is so popular. The chicken fingers taste like someone whispered the idea of seasoning over them from across the street. The breading is plain, the texture is plain, and the flavor sails right past you like a ghost looking for a better restaurant.
People rave about their secret sauce, but it is really just seed oils mixed with something that wants to be thousand island. It is the kind of sauce a bored teenager invents when they are stuck in the kitchen on a slow night.
And somehow this all produces a line of cars that wraps around the building like pilgrims on a holy journey. You will wait thirty to forty five minutes for chicken fingers and bread. That is basically the whole menu. Chicken fingers. Bread. Repeat. I do not understand how a place with two and a half items needs this much time to cook the food. What are they doing back there. Reading the chicken its last rites. Negotiating with each crouton.
I walked away confused, a little hungry, and slightly impressed at how a place can serve so little and still take so long. If this is greatness, I remain a stranger to it.

Good chicken. Love the sauce. Texas toast is good too. Usually have some weird greeting that will make you Crack a smile.

A ate here once again. Another spectacular meal. Bought 4 piece chicken fingers!, fries, Texas toast and Cole slaw. Came here with my Granddaughter Alaina. She liked it to. Atmosphere very festive. Good time to visit any restaurant is about 2:30-4pm. The level of busy is a bit less. My family had me buy them the 25 piece tailgate chicken fingers which comes with sauce and a jug of tea or lemonade. Lemonade was sweet s good change from the pop. Bought extra fries, Texas toast and Cole slaw. Chicken fingers were yummy as ever Texas toast yes yummy. Cole slaw was great. Very flavorful. Ok only complaint out of the 8 of us who ate all this massive amt of food was the same as I heard others say. The fries need to be crisper. Truth. No one likes a soggy fries. I keep trying to see if they get better. If not I’ll order Ala carte. New pics of the yummy food. Ps they do have other sauce besides the raising canes sauce.
This eating experience was pretty awesome. I got a 3 piece chicken fingers, crinkle fries, Texas toast (garlic toast) and their special raising canes sauce. I’m pretty sure that’s the only sauce they have. I know it’s a 5 star rating but I’d give it a 9/10. Food was really good, something new for Muncie. The atmosphere was really up beat. Decor was original and really neat to this little ol 54 yr old foodie. Staff was friendly. Of course being new everything was clean and cleaned quickly. Only point off would be not alot of variety for a restaurant. It’s chicken fingers, chicken sandwich, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and raising caines sauce and pop, Coke products. I will be back is a understatement. You rock Raising Canes!

The food was very average. The sauce wasn’t that special, chick-fil-a has better sauce and they didn’t have other sauce options so I was forced to use the cane sauce. They could’ve buttered both sides of my bread it was rather dry. Not worth the money in my opinion

Everything was fine. It’s just comes down to preference. I guess if I was back home I’d go to Publix, but they don’t have a Publix here in Muncie. They are no better or worse than my opinion than Chick-fil-A. I just think $13 for three chicken stripssome fries and a drink. It’s kinda high. The chicken strips were kind of small like I said, though I don’t know if it’s any different than any other place though.

I have never visited Cane’s until this year despite the fact I would drive down McGalliard and wonder what the new restaurant was going to be as they broke ground. I was saying just another fast food restaurant. I have been there about 1/2 dozen times in the last couple of months. After two visits I was disappointed with Church’s, and then Popeye’s. 6 visits later at Cane’s I have gotten great service, great chicken fingers. Never old and cold. The chicken fingers are actually not processed. They had a long line when I got there today and only one lane. No problem. I was through the line in no time. Only one suggestion from me. If your going to close the second lane you need to shut it down so that you can’t even enter that lane. Otherwise thank all of you that work there. Outstanding job

Literally my favorite place to go to get chicken. I love the food here, I love the simplicity of the menu, it’s got a bright vibe that other fast foods barely have anymore (or at all). The service is always top notch! I sound biased, to which I am, but I’ve never had a bad experience with Cane’s around the world. Maybe I’m lucky? I dunno.
