I have consistently experienced issues with incorrect order deliveries despite confirmation. The staff appears to lack training, and the general manager seems unconcerned. After calling to report the issue, I was told the menu was complex and the call was ended abruptly. This lack of accountability explains the frequent staff turnover. It’s evident that the management’s approach is problematic, and this issue persists despite the franchise’s potential. Visiting Osage Beach is a better option for proper food handling and cooking. Three mistakes in one month are unacceptable.

First time going and cant beleive it took us this long to go. Absolutely the best fast food around. Burgers are amazing, all the food was hot amd rhe service was exceptional. Friendly staff and great customer service. Looking forward to going back soon.

The manager there was awesome. I went to get Ice Cream for my abusive ex. I had a coupon and I told them about it in drive through but I forgot to show it and got charged full price with his money. When I got home he was really mad. I could have paid him back with my own money but he wouldn’t have excepted it and had me go back up to the restaurant. It wasn’t easy for me to do that. The manager heard me talk to front counter and came right over and gave me a refund. No harsh judgment. None of the discrimination I sometimes face while in public. Just a professional manager.

Ordered two double cheese burgers one with the works and one without (ketchup and mustard only) they forgot my second burger with the works on it, so we drove around and went thru the line again. When we ordered it and showed the receipt they missed one we explained we wanted it with everything on it as that’s the one that was missing. After waiting again for our food it came out WRONG AGAIN! No works on it again. SMH all the kids in there just socialize and can’t complete an easy order not once but twice. Incompetent. Good way to keep people from coming back. I wasn’t going thru a 3rd time. Not pleased at all.

I don’t know why, but the food was just not as good as usual. The cheese curds were overcooked and the burger just wasn’t good. Always glad to have their delicious diet root beer. Flowers in the bathroom were a nice touch. Young man at the register was very polite.

We have been very happy with our food at Culver’s each time we have gone. Whether eating in or taking out in the drive-through, we always leave with hot and fresh food. The staff are respectful and work hard to maintain a clean restaurant. Don’t leave without grabbing custard! Whether you get a shake, cone, or smoothie, you will be pleased with the great taste!
