The food is always good and I LOVE the atmosphere here. It is such a delightful experience to dine in. There are also monthly deals on meals. The only minor issue would be the wait time, I’ve had times where I waited 45 minutes. They usually take 20 so I’d recommend ordering in advance.

“Oh-No” Never again completely sums up my experience. This is a place I will not be going back to. It’s over priced, they charged me an extra 6 dollars for the family meal to get short ribs and only put 3 ribs in there when the meal is supposed to feed 4 people! Not to mention the chicken tasted artificial and the beef we got was full of fat and gristle. Had to pick through so much I threw it out to be honest. The rice was decent, but small portion. The macaroni salad tasted like noodles and mayo really… not even my 3yr old who loves any type of pasta would touch it. The only thing this place has going for it is maybe the Teryaki sauce.

OMG, so, I tried the salad for the first time and MY OH MY was I surprised!!!
First of all the portion size of protein, (mine was chicken breast) was so amazing atop a beautiful bed of salad, cabbage mix, carrots with edamame,l and toasted sesame seeds with their own dressing… I honestly wasn’t sure at first about the dressing until I mixed it with the salad. I started out saying that I wasn’t going to be able to finish it all, but it was so good I couldn’t stop eating it.
Because it was my first time ordering the salad, I wasn’t sure about the protein size so I ordered a side of teriyaki chicken and it came on a bed if delicious cabbage, the chicken was SO GOOD!!
Lastly we ordered a catsu mini and it was DELICIOUS as usual!

This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Ono. The fried food was mushy and falling apart, with no crispiness at all. Everything tasted old and heavily soaked in grease, like it had been sitting around far too long before being served. The quality was beyond disappointing and honestly gross. We won’t be returning to this location, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid it.

This location is getting popular in 95833, 34 and 35 zip codes. Parking is not a problem, but only when inside. Sometimes in the evening waiting happens. Food is good with premium pricing. Environment is clean where self service comes after one places order. A plate meal can serve two people but will depend on ones capacity. Come and enjoy the good quality of food and friendly atmosphere. Enjoy.

The food was too salty!! I like the flavor Kalua pork ( but salty now). Do get Lots of meat and reasonable price. If can have less salt/ marinade sauce, I would go back.

This is by far the worst Ono I’ve ever eaten at. The deep-fried food was falling apart, had absolutely no crunch, and tasted like it had been sitting out for days before being dipped in grease. Overall, the quality was terrible. I will definitely never be coming back to this Ono again.
