I had mobile order my taco bell for 4:30, I get to the restaurant at 4:32 and my order is gone. I stood around for a while before someone could even ask me do you need anything. Then when i told them i was here to pick up my order they said it is gone and start to act like it is my fault. They proceeded to ask to see my email confirmation and then said they have to see what happened because apparently this has happened before. While I was waiting for them to figure it out, the manager then clapped his hands to let me know that they are remaking my order. The manager is very rude and this whole situation was an inconvenience and NOT MY FAULT. have a better screening for pick up orders.

This is probably one of the worst food establishments i’ve ever been to. Always messing up orders, taking way too long even when there’s no other cars in line. Not to mention the customer service is horrible. Trust me the rating on this place is for a reason. Absolute Garbage.

I had to email corporate multiple times due to this location being the worst in the area. To the point where I told corporate they need to shut down this location. Drive thu line is always a 20-30 minute wait and majority of the time they have the lobby closed.
My cheesy Gordita crunch was literally a taco slapped inside the gordita tortilla. No sauce, no melted cheese, and on top of that my 5 layer burrito was 95% tortilla and 5% sour cream.
Gave this location 1 last chance and they screwed that up. Please don’t ever come here unless you want just tortillas or Baja blast. I’d love for the owner of this location to call me so they can be educated on how their employees are running this place to the ground.

Bad experience with customer service and food. I understand there was a rush however there was no need to have improperly packed and prepared food that was cold by the time I got home and a poor attitude from the employee working the drive through window. Not worth the money or effort. If you don’t like your job or don’t want to work , just don’t go!!

Taco Bell on a downhill slope.
I remember when $30 could feed a family of 4 easily. Now it barely feeds 2.
Potatoes were STALE AF and over cooked. Bean and cheese burrito had meat in it (they charge $1.00 more so COME UP!!!). Burrito Supreme had barely any meat.
Manager is LOUD AF! Didn’t want to say anything to him because I didn’t feel like having someone’s voice projected on me like Boomer in the movie: Sky High.

I normally dont post reviews unless its exceptionally good or extremely bad. Tonight was really bad. Never returning, this was the last straw. Long line, 20 minutes waiting and was almost at the drive thru speaker when one of the employees comes out and states the store is closed, for a while. Would not explain why or how long, had me back up out of the drive thru after getting the other cars behind me to leave. Was not apologetic or anything, just hurry up and move your car. This place has been slowly going downhill for the last few months. Closes early for no explanation, little or no staff and the food orders are a mess. Will find a different taco place to spend my money.

Beatrice is the general manager here and clearly the reason why people are being replaced by machines. They have the worst customer service and turning down customers because they refuse to take an order.
Timothy was hands down the only employee there willing to assist and de-escalated an altercation with the GM Beatrice. She refused to be of any help and Timothy stepped in to save the sale.
I wouldn’t be shocked if they put this store out of business. Such a joke of an experience. Mind you we were the only customers inside…no wonder.

I got Taco Bell yesterday because I was craving a Crunchwrap Supreme and Fiesta Potatoes. I rarely eat out because of health issues, but sometimes you gotta satisfy that gluttonous itch. My food was literally inedible.
The Crunchwrap had no meat and was stale, the Fiesta Potatoes tasted like they were old, dry, and honestly like they went through menopause. Lately I’ve noticed a trend where eating out is just not worth it anymore. The quality of food is garbage, and the price gouging is insane. A Crunchwrap Supreme, a Fiesta Potato, and a drink came out to almost twenty dollars. I remember 5–10 years ago, you could feed four people off of twenty bucks at Taco Bell.
Do better guys.
