We were looking for a restaurant for lunch rather than fast food at the food court and were pleasantly surprised to find this grill inside Nordstrom. Our server, Justin, was super friendly (the whole team as well), and the food was delicious! The place is quiet, and it doesn’t even feel like you’re inside a mall, even on a Saturday.
We enjoyed the tomato basil soup, mushroom risotto with chicken, and a delicious gnocchi with lemon dressing. If you want great quality food and service, this is the place! The hostess was also adorable and smiley!

I got the Nordstrom burger w/ truffle Parmesan French fries.
Burger- delicious well made medium rare burger on a perfect artisan bun.
– tried the Kalamata olive aioli 3/5 and the truffle aioli 4/5 both interesting side sauces
-French fries were perfect, truffle Parmesan didn’t really and anything special to it.
– only thing I would say is that they put an entire slice of red onion in the burger and it was to strong. Less would’ve been better.

Today we decided to try the Nordstrom Grill for the first time. Our server, Herson, was totally kind, professional, and attentive. We had the misfortune to sit near a very rude and disruptive customer. We almost got up and left. Herson very smoothly difused the uncomfortable situation. The rest of our lunch was perfect. The food is so delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you Herson and Michel our wonderful host. You are both an asset to your firm.

Extraordinary service. Clean place and AMAZING food. I often come here and always have good experience. People working here are very friendly. Flat iron steak, meat loaf, fried calamari, clam soup and grilled salmon are few of the things I have tried and they are amazing. Definitely recommended. Keep up the good work

Nice and quiet refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the mall. Reasonable selection of food and portion size. Bonus point for the raisin that comes with the usual crayon for kids. Also, plenty of room for big party or strollers.

I look forward to the Grill every time I go to Nordstrom. The food and service is fantastic and each option is a quality choice. Last visit i had cauliflower Mac and cheese and it was delicious and filling. Calamari, avocado toast, Brussels sprouts, soups, and almost all the appetizers I would recommend. Always a great experience.

It was windy and chilly out so maybe if we were able to eat outside I would have up the stars. But this rating is based on the food.
We ordered the lobster bisque and it was delicious. We ordered the calamari and the calamari part was good but the red sauce that came with them was not good. It was too thick and not spicy. The shrimp basket we ordered had small shrimp in it not the normal good size shrimp. I ordered a 2 lb lobster that was steamed. The waiter said they had a special on a one and a half pound lobster and I should have said I wanted that because I think they charge me for a 2 lb but serve me a one and a half. The restaurant has a great location right on the water, but I wouldn’t travel back there for the food.

I’ve been coming in here since 2017 but there’s about 2 serves in here that are horrible with timing & engagement, I understand the food has nothing to do with them but updating the customers would be nice wether we’re in here when it’s busy or slow the food takes a very ping time to come out but some servers don’t event update or interact.

Went here with kids for lunch. The service was exceptionally slow. It took 30 minutes to get the bill, pay for the food and exit the restaurant. So much unnecessary waiting. The workers did not look happy that day either. The salad I got didn’t taste fresh and the shrimp was overcooked, too salty and chewy in texture. It had 5 pieces of dry shrimp and was $19! I don’t know if they were having an off day as a restaurant, but I was not impressed by this Nordstrom restaurant. I’ve been to others in HI and CA and those have never disappointed me. The lady sitting behind me in a booth actually would turn around and say, “shhhhhhh!” to my child out loud when she’d speak. In addition, I noticed other tables complaining about their food and sending it back. It was not your typical Nordstrom cafe experience.
I’ll give one credit. The waitress got the kids balloons after I had asked where we could get them.
