They stated on Saturday they are open until 10:30pm. My friend and I arrived at 9:30pm, and there barely was any food and only left overs. They said they close ACTUALLY at 9:30pm but will accept anyone until 9:30pm. They only had very little selection for $11 per person. No fish, very little veggie. Lots of fried beef. Never again. Basic only not good.

Honestly surprised me. It seems to be a hit or miss kind of place. Limited food choices BUT the flavors are actually pretty good! As a Chinese buffet connoisseur, it passed my expectations.

The food here is hit or miss. I always get the sesame chicken when I order takeout and if they don’t make it spicy it’s usually pretty sweet. Today I ordered extra sweet but what I got was spicy. The fried rice tasted stale. I’ve only gotten the buffet once and it wasn’t terrible just not enough selection or variety of food for the price. For now on I’ll just go to the Chinese takeout restaurant in Harmony Square in Harrisonburg

They have a varied selection of food available to fit multiple moods. Not the biggest selection, but enough to get the job done. Plus, the food itself tastes quite good. They have multiple larger tables for dining with big groups which I appreciate. There have been times where I’ve noticed that tables haven’t been cleaned the most thoroughly, but I often see staff actively cleaning the areas I had seen.

Although the food itself is good, and my family has been eating here for two years, we will not be going back. We recently had an experience where as I was eating the orange chicken, and my was eating the beef and vegetable meal, she discovered a worm and moldy lettuce in her meal. This is an immediate one star. We stopped eating but unfortunately it seemed like the damage was already done. We both have had food poisoning for the last 3 days and haven’t been able to leave the bathroom. Needless to say, we unfortunately will not be coming back here again.

Honey Bear Hills Farm
The food is average for but for the area is par for the course. The issues we had was cleanliness. The restaurant is filthy. High chairs, tables, seats were all greasy and dirty wipes a damp towel on the surfaces and it turned black. The bathrooms wete not cleaned even after telling hostess someone had deficated all over the toilet. Would not recommend based on food safety vs how clean they keep the place. Its a risk.
