I stopped in for a Pumpkin Blizzard. Unfortunately the blizzard was not prepared properly it was lacking flavor and was basically blended soft ice cream with a little whip cream on top.
Everything else about my visit to this store was nice however. The girl working the counter was nice and polite. Other than a couple of tables that needed the floor cleaned from underneath the place was clean and comfortable.

Never again! These women can’t fry! Went thru drive thru on my lunch got a chicken strip basket had to go back inside because the fries were hard as a rock, the lady inside was nice but again said they just came out of the frier, which yes I understand but if your fryer is on too high temp then your just burning the potatoes right outa them , which they are 100 percent doing to everything good luck to everyone! I will not waisting another penny there.

The inside smelled like sewer water. The service was terrible. I was overcharged for 2 kids meals and I kept telling the customer service person and he kept saying it’s the right order. Sure enough, after I looked at the receipt I was right. They had to void and re-recharge me for the correct amount. They didn’t get our order correct after all that. When I went back in to have them remake the cheeseburger, I didn’t see him at the grill. I heard the microwave and then he takes something out of it and hands me a burger on a bag. I ended up throwing it away. Never going back there!

Went through the drive through on 9/24 around 2:10 pm. The lady taking the order was very rude, she was mad when I asked to add in Oreo pieces to my blizzard, saying she had to restart and sighing loudly. I get the food, the ice cream sundae was tiny, way smaller than usual and the two ranch sides I got were spoiled/congealed.

I ordered a small strawberry dipped cheesecake blizzard. The lady who was taking my order confirmed what size I wanted. When it came time to pay for my blizzard I went to hand her my coupon along with $4 bills to pay for it. I was then told that this was only good for a Sundae. I tried telling the lady that I used to work for dairy Queen for multiple years and that this is always been the coupon that they’ve given out. I then canceled my order and drove off and called the manager of the dairy Queen where she then stated that the coupon was valid for a small Sunday or a small Blizzard if I paid for it. Not pleased with this service!

Tracy L. And a younger employee harassed me for coming inside and ordering take out. Said that I had better places to be than inside a dairy queen, the younger girl proceeded to say like where camping? Because there was a tent on my shirt. They then both started laughing uncontrollably. They are making fun of the customers. Do not go to this dairy queen. Employees harass you about what you are doing and what you wear even though it’s none of their business. Transaction was right before 2:30pm on Aug 12 if you want to find out who the other girl is.

Went through the drive thru not only did the girls tone make it feel like I was an inconvenience the fries were cold, no drinks for my kids from their kids meal and the blizzard was hardly mixed. I paid $30 for half meals. To top it off in wasn’t even given a receipt. Worst DQ I’ve been to in years

I will be avoiding this place like the plague. We wanted to do the $7 meal deal but were told it was only from 11-4. My daughter ordered the cheeseburger, regular fries, small drink and chocolate sundae from the 2 for $6 menu. The cheeseburger came with everything despite the fact she had ordered only ketchup. Her fries came half full. I ordered a small blizzard, a small drink, plus the cheeseburger and fries from the 2/6 menu. I didn’t receive the last two. When I went to complain I was told that I had received what I had ordered and the slip was produced to show me that I had not ordered what I had ordered. If this had been the first time I experienced problems here I would not have lost my temper, but this time I di and was told to leave the restaurant. I am not a happy camper!

We had a very friendly young woman who took our order and service and food to our table was terrific. One of the best Dairy Queens we’ve been to in quite some time. The seats weren’t very comfortable though but the kindness of employees made up for it. I would recommend going here to anyone who wants good food and friendly staff.
