Some sandwhiches take 15 to 20 minutes to make- should never be the case for this location and yet… it is.
Even more frustrating is the lack of consistency. Sometimes it’s great, but sometimes it’s horrible. Sandwiches are sometimes an inch or two shorter than usual, sometimes you get half the meat you should have. Love a mouthful of bread.
Management or franchise owner needs to get on the ball here.

Hard ass bread 10 slices of cheese to cover up the fact there’s not much tuna but it’s disgusting anyway there’s celery or something in it we asked for a water cup we got this tiny one and the water was gross it tasted like chemicals ridiculous death metal playing the atmosphere was just weird

Chicken, bacon , ranch should’ve been called the lettuce special. My sandwich had an excessive amount of lettuce with a small amount chicken, bacon , and ranch. The music was extremely loud in the restaurant. Definitely not impressed.

One of the delivery drivers from the New Castle store ran over my dog last and didn’t even stop, she just kept driving. I raised that little Yorkie from just a little puppy. Whoever drives the black Dodge Avenger with a red painted hood should be fired and should be ashamed of themselves!!

The food is terrific. It never disappoints however, every time I come through the drive-through, I have to repeat my order at least two or three times because they aren’t listening or paying attention. Also, I’ve asked for my a sandwich specific way every single time I come through and every single time it is incorrect if it wasn’t for the food being so good I wouldn’t keep coming back but your employees need more training on how to listen to customers and not have to make them repeat the order over and over And also to make the food correctly, I could understand a mistake once in a while, but this happens every single time I come thru.

The food is still the same great Jimmy John’s food in other locations but the team needs to get their act together. I am always so angry when I leave because they’re exceptionally rude and unhelpful. They stand around and don’t look receptive to customers and then talk about checks and other personal after hours things in front of customer when they should be handing out food and paying attention to customers. Also their drive thru needs better signage, its difficult to tell where you actually enter. When you order something they should be able to tell you what you are getting especially if they hear you say what you want. I think that at least is a simple ask

We have ordered twice and both times they got it wrong, this time my wife didn’t get her sandwich and we live outside of town. And when I called it was like talking to a telemarketer, I would advise triple checking your bag, she got her chips and no sandwich so you know they seen the order. I like jimmy John’s but never order again, sad but better step up if you want to make it in a small town!

Went in and tried Jimmy John’s for the first time ever – I was very disappointed because I paid almost $18 for a sub and there was one thin layer of turkey , two pieces of cheese and four half slices of tomato on it! The service was pleasant and have no complaints there but for $28 total with my wife’s order and mine I could have sat down and had a good meal for just alittle more. I will never go back to try it again.

There were literally 10 people working and I couldn’t get one to come to the drive through. 8 of them were standing in front of the store. The bacon was the microwave kind and it was not even heated up. I ate the sub anyway along with my wife who got a wrap which did not have the ingredients distributed anywhere near even. A big bite of onion, then big bite of chicken then big bite of lettuce etc. she complained of a stomach ache immediately after and I am on the toilet at work right now dying. Do not go here.

Food and service are as good as you would expect from Jimmy John’s. No complaints there. My issue stems from the questionable, and frankly dangerous, decision to put a drive thru in this location. It’s in an awkward spot, and is directly in front of the Domino’s drive thru exit as well as what appears to be some sort of delivery exit door for their employees. This decision is most certainly a credit against the integrity of those at the helm as this was either done with little consideration, or worse, maliciously. Would recommend parking and walking in to enjoy their food for safety reasons; both yours and the employees of the business next door. Food and service itself was still good, though.
