super rude when handling complaints. I understand that door dash hands out refunds, but when y’all don’t do your half of the job, at least act understanding when someone is spending too much money for something. Blaming door dash is a cop out and really uncool. Not even about the money, but the lazy way my complaint was handled. Door dash didn’t make my order. I am switching to carriabou, this is the third time I’ve gotten a large cup of milk ordering tea at this location.

The most passive aggressive service I’ve ever received. I mobile ordered two of the same drinks. I completely understand being a barista isn’t easy, but when I pulled up, I was handed two hot coffees—even though I had clearly ordered them with salted caramel cold foam on top, which one would reasonably assume is for an iced drink.

I asked KINDLY if they could be remade, and instead of even acknowledging me, the barista snatched the drinks back, slammed the window in my face, and made me feel like a complete burden. When she finally handed me the corrected drinks, I apologized multiple times and thanked her at least three times for remaking them.

Later, when I looked at my cups, I realized they had written a snide note: “N(ice) Choice.” That is absolutely unprofessional and frankly insulting. If this had been my mistake, I would’ve accepted the inconvenience. But instead, I went out of my way to be polite and apologetic, only to be met with hostility and mockery.

I spend money at Starbucks every single day—sometimes twice a day—because of the long, demanding hours I work. For a loyal customer to be treated like this over such a small issue is beyond disappointing. This wasn’t just a lack of awareness; it was deliberate rudeness. I was left feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and completely disrespected.

Starbucks needs to take a deeper look at who you are hiring and how they are treating the very consumers that keep your doors open. I am now purposely choosing to drive 5–10 minutes out of my way just to avoid this location. No loyal customer should ever walk away feeling the way I did today.

Great coffee and food offerings. They make high quality drinks and they hit the spot especially in the holiday time of year! Love the decorations and attention to detail. The service was fast and the seating area was clean. There is a large parking lot and multiple businesses but finding parking is not a problem.

Loved the renovations. Much more friendly feeling. Met with friends and conversation was good. No one had to speak loudly. The long table worked perfect for the three of us. I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely great spot to work remotely alone or collaborate with others

This is hands down the worst Starbucks in the area. Every time I’ve gotten a matcha here it is always made incorrectly, its almost as if the workers make whatever they feel is easiest to do and just hand out whatever and its very aggravating. For the price of these drinks they should come the way that is ordered but that is NEVER the case at this Starbucks. I had ordered three different matchas for me and my friends and every single matcha was made without the syrups which as a barista I know is put in FIRST before the milk before the ice before the powder. Two matcha’s had additional vanilla syrup inside meaning it would require both the classic and the vanilla but not a HINT of classic nor vanilla was put in my drinks mind you to add additional syrups its 80 cents more… might as well not charge me for it. this isn’t just a today issue this has been happening for a bit. I had given grace to this location because I know baristas are human and can mess up orders from time to time, but 5 different occasions is not just a mess up these baristas clearly just don’t know how to make the drinks… This location needs a store meeting with them reteaching their baristas how to properly make drinks

I was having theeee WORST day imaginable. You could make a lifetime network movie off my current day. Until my energy was supercharged with Gloria! She was bubbly, smiling, and UBER professional. Her chipper professionalism and supportive offerings, made me want to be more like her! Thank you Gloria, for being present in your work,, and craft. We found that this Starbucks stays open later than most of the local coffee shops. There are nights when you want that special prize after dark, and it’s apparently not very easy to find. Extra credit for this store staying open for the night owls . And they have a drive through.

This is my favorite Starbucks for a few reasons.
1. They are fast. I usually go in the morning around 8am when it’s busy and the drive thru has been super quick the last couple weeks. I also will go inside sometimes later in the day around like 6-9pm too.
2. They are nice. They always say hi to me. Every now and then they miss something on my drink (especially if i add/ change a lot of stuff I noticed) but they’ve always been sure willing to fix it quickly.
3. They’ve been a lot more engaged in volunteer stuff lately which is super cool!! They did a book drive over the summer and did coffee grounds for your garden and composting. They’re doing a clothing drive rn for DV survivors and children which I think is wonderful.
I love to support a store that supports us. Thank you guys!!!!

This location should have a complete partner let go and hire new ones. The people who work here shouldn’t be working for a customer service based company. All 3 of the girls were completely incompetent and me being the ONLY customer in the store waiting 20 mins for drinks was completely unacceptable! And then they were either completely melted or they made then wrong. Along with that is the completely disrespectful attitude to top it off, by a shift leader. They should all be fired. By looking at the reviews as of lately, no wonder why I had the worst experience at any fast food chain, especially for a Starbucks. Corporate needs to take control of their store!!

I can honestly say this is the only place I go that I leave feeling worse than when I walked in. I usually place my order online and when I come in to pick it up I en up standing there waiting for someone to help me for literally 5 minutes. Makes zero sense to me. Today there were 6 employees and 2 of them were not busy while I waited.
