Genuinely a 50/50. Some days my order is 100% correct and perfect. The other half of the time legitimately every item is wrong or something wasn’t given. But they’re always pretty nice. Today was a day legitimately every item was wrong.

The customer service at this Wendy’s is despicable. They are not at all friendly and quite rude. They could take lessons from the McDonald’s and Taco Bell next door Their customer service is top notch. Such a shame, their food is good but they make you feel like a problem .

I just want to say that I stopped in 2 times and both times were about 20 to 25 mins before closing and they not only gave us the best customer service but also gave us fresh and hot food! I have to say this wendys blows the wendys back home out of the water! Seriously amazing job! Definitely the best wendys I’ve been to! Great job teams that were there 7/19 and 7/17! You guys are what all wendys should strive to be! And if the GM sees this or even someone from corporate give these people raises and the recognition they deserve because they are doing your business a great service!

Fast service. Clean facility. Nice & Helpful people. The food was tasty but sloppy as in the burger was slapped together with half the cheese off the burger and the burger half off the bun. Baconator Fries are not what they advertise them to be.

The lady was pleasant but did not pay attention to a word I said.. I ordered a sausage muffin with Swiss cheese sauce and got a biscuit with egg and cheese and had to ask twice for a sausage biscuit and gravy that has no utensils to eat with. If she could pay attention to what someone is saying for more than half a second rather than trying to rush people out when there is no line it would have been fine. They definitely have a minimum wage work ethic in there.
