Going to this Burger king I always have a great experience. Today I didn’t know what I wanted and the assistant manager took my order and made suggestions of the new stark house burger and it was so good! The staff was friendly the place was clean and the food was delicious. The manager also checked in with me to see how my meal was. For fast food that was awesome that the employees take the time to be so nice and interact with the customers like they did. This is my go to Burger King in Whiteville.

This Burger King rules! They are clean always so friendly, and they go the extra Mile. They seem to be short staffed sometimes but the employees make it work and give great service. My food is always hot and fresh. And it’s one of the few places I’ll take my kids to the bathroom. Kudos to the Managers here they do a great job running this place.

I absolutely hate this Burger King they’re terribly slow. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences, and management is horrible. I waited a very long time for my food with no explanation at all. I thought this was “FAST FOOD” but they don’t fit under that category at all! The two managers, Winter and India, need to be terminated they’re both unprofessional. I don’t understand why they still have jobs. Do better, Burger King. Would give zero stars if I could .

The Burger King next to Walmart in Whiteville is disappointment. When the cashier handed us the cups, she touched the inside of the cup while she was handing it to us. That’s not acceptable. The food was hard and cold and greasy. A lot of cleaning should have been done inside and all of the employees should have been wearing clean gloves. Some of the employees were standing outside close to the door smoking. I was not impressed at all. Really don’t recommend this business unless they change.
