If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are very unprofessional. I asked them a simple question and the manager came out from the back and said “we aren’t dealing with this we’re just here to make sandwiches” so freaking rude. Didn’t even know the customer service number. You guys suck $2 extra to toast my sandwich then you took roast beef off my sandwich and didn’t replace the meat with turkey when I’m allergic to roast beef and you said it’s an up charge. You guys are going to end up in a law suit. Figure it out asap

Ordered online for pickup on my lunch break. Got there and the sandwich was not ready. When I finally received the sandwich and got back to work, all I received was bread and vegetables with no meat. Very confused how that is the case considering the order was placed online. I immediately call the store to tell them and I asked the person that answered if they needed my name and order number and he said no and said that he would issue a refund. Now how he would know which order was mine already told me that I would not get my money back and to this day I am still waiting. I will never purchase again as this is the second time I had this issue.

I ordered a veggie delight and I get this… then I said oh its fine I’ll just remove the turkey, and i find a piece of hair in my sandwich. I hope the manager sees this post and reaches out to me. Waste of money and time. I can’t drive all the way back they’re closed. I want a refund or gift card because this is unacceptable.

I went to this Jimmy John’s and ordered a sandwich I told the cashier as well as the sandwich maker that I did not want tomatoes on my sandwich. After receiving my food I began eating and noticed that it had tomatoes that I am highly allergic to. I went back in and told the cashier and sandwich maker who identified her self as being the manager and was rudely told to leave that the store was closed and she was trying to go home. She did nothing to try to accommodate me the only thing she said was my bad after I informed her that I was allergic to the tomatoes. She then refused to give me the store number or provide me with her name. I ended up having an allergic reaction do to her incompetence. This woman was deliberately indifferent to my health and safety and failed to take the proper steps to prevent any risk of harm. I will be contacting the corporate office and possibly legal consultation. This issue could have simply been resolved be refunding my money or remaking my food. Instead I was cursed out and told to leave the store. She even went so far as to call her boyfriend to come to the store to harm me. I’m sure this is not Jimmy John’s customer service policy and this type of behavior is totally unacceptable
