Really dirty location. Everyone table was dirty and trash was overflowing. We asked the staff to clean a table and had to give instructions on proper cleaning. Chips were stale. We asked for a new bag and those were also stale. It’s a shame because Chipotle was a favorite for us.

My last order from this location was on 12/16/2025. Since that day, I have been experiencing severe food poisoning symptoms. I had to visit the emergency room, followed by a doctor’s appointment, and was later referred to Gastroenterology, where I was informed that my condition was due to food poisoning.
I do not recommend eating at this location or at Chipotle in general.

From the outside it looked fine but it felt thin. Look how much steak ($2.99 surcharge) is in their dinner quesadilla. It’s no wonder the whole world hates you. I had to heat up dinner after my dinner after work bc that is how they feed people who spend 30 dollars on dinner.

I have always loved Chipotle, and have left positive reviews before for them. This time won’t be one of them, unfortunately I found a sticker in my food still attached to the “fajita mix” bell pepper while eating my dinner. So I’m not sure if they actually take time to wash the veggies before cooking them, either way it just kinda grosses me out. I’ve tried 3 times to call the restaurant back, but only received automated responses. I live too far away to travel back tonight, but I will be returning in the morning to speak to someone in person.

Worst Chipotle experience of my life. I have never been to a Chipotle. Where they were so stingy about proportions, the only thing that I asked for more of was cheese, there was so little it didn’t even fill one of the side cups.I then asked the manager and he said he could add one more side cup worth of cheese and that was it. Ten out of ten, do not recommend coming to this chipotle.
In addition the employee serving me before I spoke with the manager prepared two side cups of cheese without telling me if they were gonna cost extra only after I asked was I made aware.

First, I’d like to say that I am an avid fan of chipotle. I frequent chipotle and it is my go to for quality and fresh ingredients. My visit to this location had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I chose to dine in with my kids and upon entering, I noticed all the tables were dirty. I assumed since I was the only one walking in, the trio of employees would be prompted to possibly clean a table. I continued to order a smoked brisket bowl, as this was something I’ve been wanting to try and as the employee scooped juice and crumbs I questioned him, if this was the Brisket. It looked nothing like the brisket I had seen before and he said “yes, that’s the brisket, they just brought it out”. As a frequent chipotle customer, I know this wasn’t the case but the employees looked at me like I was unreasonable for asking. I continued to order a burrito as I was there with my family and we were all hungry and anxious to get our chipotle. I proceeded to order my other meals, and finished with ordering chips and guac. Once I got to my table, I opened the guac and the guac was the brownest I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t fathom accepting low quality food and on top

Also, after knowing the guac was old, I went to the counter and asked for a refund for my guac and I brought up the fact that I couldn’t believe they thought the guac they were serving was acceptable for their customers. They told me it was “fresh” much like they told me the brisket was just taken out. I was extremely disappointed in the representation this location gave Chipotle. I received a refund for my guac when I brought it back for a quality issue, but even at that point I was met with a return for only the guac when I was charged for guac and chips. The entire establishment had a quality control issue, while the employees stood around while one employee was cooking the chicken and ringing the register. There was trash on the drinking areas, food on the floor. This issue is in immediate need of attention as I can’t be the only one that is now questioning my loyalty to chipotle.

Food was pretty good as always, just wish they moved a little faster, ordering 30-45 minutes ahead of time and then waiting in the whole line and having them start the order after you get there on a 30 minute lunch break isn’t great.

I guess this is what you get when you order here now?! Y’all this is beyond unacceptable. I asked for a salad with softitas, white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, tomato salsa, corn salsa, cheese, AND PAID EXTRA FOR GUACAMOLE. THIS is what I got. This bowl is giving Farmers Dog. Huge waste of money.
