This is a place I have ordered from a few times due to convenience. I have sat in and ordered out. Today I ordered walked in and placed an order as soon as they opened 11:30AM. Cash register was still loading told to use kiosk machine to order. Kiosk machine was out of order.
That wasn’t a problem I wanted to order lobster bisque soup with rice and fried catfish by itself. They would not allow ordering just fish would have to pay price of a platter. Okay fine. I than settled for the hibachi fried rice. I ordered 2 combo orders one with chicken and shrimp and one with sausage added to the combo and one sprite came up to about $ 32-34.
However when I got home the food was very distasteful not worth spending your money on did not taste anything like Hibachi fried rice. They give you a bunch of rice with small pieces of baby shrimp, pre-cooked chicken, sausage on top. The chicken is fake and precooked strips of chicken just terrible everything just taste like old bay. Nothing like your typical hibachi fried rice.
I recommend sticking to the seafood boils, mussels, oyster and things of that nature or even their fried baskets and that’s on a good day.
PROS: free parking, clean space, online ordering, pick up and delivery options, variety of seafood options, kiosk
CONS: food is a hit or miss, do not accommodate, some are fake premade food, customer service depending on cashier, presentation, small amounts of proteins, bland taste or just too much old bay

I got the crab fries and they were horrible. They were dry the crab meat was very fine and there was hardly any cheese . The cheese sauce they give you is minimal. The prices were fair but for my first experience eating there and getting crab fries , I will not be back!

The food was less than described. I ordered half a pound of shrimp but only received eight pieces. On another order with a “pound” of shrimp, there were only 12 pieces. The receipt I received wasn’t itemized, and I was overcharged by a noticeable amount. The seasoning was good, but overall, the experience didn’t match expectations. Would not recommend.

First time trying this place after noticing how close it was to my house, never knew I had a Ruby’s Cajun near me. The food here is very delicious as I have expected since I’ve always dined in at the one down by Wyncote. This place is very convenient for me so whenever I need to takeout I can always come here. Always impressed with the freshness of their seafood and great customer service as well, very friendly. The amount of food they give you is for sure worth the value, I encourage everyone to at least give this place a try! Overall great takeout spot and you will definitely be seeing me often. ☺️

The food was hot and fresh. The sweet potato fries were crispy and the flounder was not over fried. When we arrived around 1 pm there were no customers and in about 10 minutes they started to fill up. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

One person in the crew had to send the steak back three times because it was not done right. Two other people their steaks were not what they ask for but they didn’t want to send them back so they ate them. The all you can eat crabs we waited for the second go round for about 15 minutes

I went there the first time and actually sat in and had no problems with the one clerk period then I return to get take out with family with me because I bragged about the oysters and they told us 10 minutes for raw oysters period After about 20 minutes I asked and the oysters still won’t done after about 30 minutes. I asked again and the clerk became irate. Telling me that the oysters are frozen and we have to wait for them to fall out and just made no sense. With the lack of service that was being given period we will offer no accommodations. No appetizers for the week. She actually got upset with us because we were supposed to understand the process that the oysters have to fall out which made no sense. We ask for raw oysters not cooked…. Completely unacceptable!!!!

Unreal how fresh and flavorful everything was. I live right near by and I’m so excited to see this place do well, the quality of the food has earned that much. I walked into the restaurant to pick up my food and was greeted with some of the best smelling food I’ve ever experienced. We got Po Boys and they did not disappoint. The oysters were fresh, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The sauce was so flavorful, you can tell they make it there. I would have posted a picture but we opened the bag and devoured them instantly. It’s really affordable too, and the staff are so friendly! Honestly contemplating going back for seconds before they close tonight…
