At Juicy Seafood customers can make their own seafood combo. All you have to do is choose any ½ LB (minimum two items) and there you go! You are served corn and potato with it. This offer has a selection of blue crab, shrimp, snow crab legs, crawfish, clams, green mussel, black mussel, and sausage. Everything is reasonably priced in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our goal is to deliver an experience with an outstanding variety of seafood and vibrant energy.

Typical atmosphere. Service was mediocre. I ask for hot sauce and got packs of tobacco sauce. The food was terrible. Overly breaded catfish. They served me some spoiled chicken wings. I took a bite and noticed immediately.

Just a very mid experience. I asked for hot food and it was mild and flavorless. Which was kind of a shock because I’d asked for both Cajun and old bay on the crawfish. IDK it was just very…mid. . the service was good my waitress was very nice. and the place was clean.

I’ve been a frequent customer here and order frequently, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I placed an order earlier today, and when I got home, the food was completely inedible. The crab meat was extremely tough—either severely overcooked or improperly cooked. I was not willing to risk getting sick by eating it, especially given the price of the order (nearly $40).
I called the restaurant immediately. The first employee I spoke with said the manager was unavailable and told me to call back in an hour, but she was unable to offer any solution or assistance. When I called back, I spoke with someone who identified as the owner or manager. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he questioned whether the food was “really not edible” and insisted I drive 30 minutes back to the restaurant in 20-degree weather just so he could look at it.
That is unreasonable and poor customer service. No attempt was made to offer a refund, credit, or alternative resolution. When I explained I would no longer be a customer and planned to leave a review, his response was rude and dismissive.
For a business that relies on repeat customers, this level of service is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

The TVs were distracting. There were at least five of them, all on different channels. One right behind us was on some old cops and robbers show, which definitely took away from the atmosphere. Also, they sat us right next to the servers’ hangout spot who kept yapping, so again, another negative distraction. (I guess we seemed cool enough to loudly drop F bombs without concern.)

the one in madison is much better. the seasoning is missing the thick slurry of spices and is very watery in comparison. i ordered king crab here as a treat and the first claw i opened was EMPTY. i got up immediately and went to Gallatin Pike… Juicy Seafood is great, but not this location. i’m sorry.

I ordered through DoorDash. Out of my 30 years of living…this is the WORST SEAFOOD BOIL I EVER HAD!!! I’m not sure how they’re still in business after what I just tasted (or didn’t taste). I didn’t read the reviews before ordering but everyone is saying the same exact things. Tastes like water, tastes like nothing.The broccoli smelled funny. I didn’t use the gloves they gave and my hands still smell clean!!!! Like hooooowwww? Awful. Didn’t even finish it. If I’m ever in this area again I’ll never order from here again. Smh. Waste of $60

I was really looking forward to treating myself to a meal of king crab legs. I got them but they were really over cooked. Very spongy. The small corn on the cob in the bag was better than the crab legs by far. The crawfish gumbo was ok. But, the appetizers arrived at the exact time as the main entrees did. So it was hard to decide which one to eat cold.
