Amazing Food & Atmosphere at Matamuchie Fusion
Matamuchie Fusion delivered an outstanding experience. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect stop during La Chincho Parranda on the Trolley.

Okay okay, I’ve been neglecting making this review and here it is. This place is probably one of the BEST places I’ve ever had with true Puerto Rican food. The funny part about it is, without even seeing the flag or anything just by the vibes coming in you know it’s a proud Puerto Rican who either owns it or runs it. The experience here is that similar to my New York Puerto Rican spots. I had appetizers, and their pizza empanada was to cry for. Their acapudia was that of when I would get them from my grandmother. Their ultimate topping was their flan… not an overaction, but it is a must try dessert! Here’s the pictures can’t wait to go again!

5 stars ⭐️- I had this placed Saved on my “Go to” places. Came here on a Sunday and it wasn’t full because it was 1 hr before closing time. But there was still plenty customers, so I can only imagine on a busy Friday or Saturday.
I love the atmosphere and the vibe at this place. They did a pretty good job with the PR theme! The music, the pool tables, domino table, and airplane seats makes you feel like you’re in a restaurant in PR!
The food was delicious I had the Arroz con gandules, sweet plantain and pernil it was ! My girl got the “Costilla de Res” with Arroz con gandules Tostones and Guac. It was also very tasty the meat had a nice grilled taste. For appetizer we had the empanadas, hands down get the Beef one, over the chicken. Beef had cheese inside as well and was very flavorful! – $3 for ONE (a bit pricey for an empanada – 2 for $4 it’s probably where I would say it’s fair) but oh well. I don’t make the prices.
Overall very nice hidden spot in West Palm. I had driving by Military Trail so many times and didn’t know about it, but I’m glad I do now! Wepa!

The food was great! Had salmon with potatoes and vegetables. Delicious. My husband had the munchie fongo, also delicious. Our server was on top of everything. Great service and live music, plus great drinks selection.

On vacation from New York stop here to eat as soon you walk in the place feels like home (Puerto Rico ) music,they had domino table ,they had billar old memories lanes from different stuff you feel like you home food was amazing the chef got 20/20 from us waitress was friendly the whole places make you feel so good was singing since I went in till went out will definitely go here again

I had the Lechon w/white rice/red beans, the lechon was dry w/no flavor. It tasted as it was reheated from days ago, the rice was clumped, sticky, and the red beans looked like black beans. Spent $18.43 to be exact, what a waste of money. Had to throw it all away. Myself being A Puerto Rican I will never order from here AGAIN!!! You should be a shame to call this Authentic PR food!!!
