Went to chipotle on 6/11/2023 Cashier was Juana.
Overall customer service was fantastic. Staff was friendly and kind throughout the whole experience⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars
Cleanliness was 1 Star ⭐️ due to the very overfilled trash cans and tables that were completely dirty with no where clean to sit side note the store was not busy there were only two customers total and the staff were just talking so there was definitely time to clean or at least take out the trashes☹️
Food Safety 3 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ unfortunately there was food that was left out and either not being put in the refrigerator or in the warmer
Side Note: Mangers wear the collared shifts and staff wear T-Shirts. This particular Manager was standing around the entire time talking not helping staff at all or helping to keep the store clean. Just to keep in mind.

One of the messiest and dirtiest chipotles I have been to. The staff was friendly. The food did not seem very fresh and the place was a mess.

The food was very good, as always. It’s just that the order was supposed to be ready at 7:50pm and it wasn’t ready until 8:20. They mentioned to us that the online orders were not coming in but if people arrived they would order them first and those of us who already had time there would leave us waiting. If it hadn’t been paid we would have left.

The 3 ladies that helped me were AMAZING. When I got up to the cashier to pay their system went down and they did tell me a few times that it will take about 2-3 mins and I was ok with that so I will wait. Then the system came up but the card reader wouldn’t work and the cashier tried and tired and you can tell she felt bad. So for me not to wait anymore she told me that I was fine and I can go. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes so I told her that I will be eating there and to let me know when it’s working and to come get me and she said no you are fine enjoy. She did not have to do that but she did. That is excellent customer services because she saw the situation and made a decision for her customer. The food was perfect. There are still amazing people here and they are at our Chipotle.

Their soda machine was broken and they didn’t tell us until our order was complete. They were out of sour cream. They were not busy so the carnitas were a poor flavor. The music was the reason for how loud the place was. Not the people. The people were fairly rude.

We ordered “limited time carne asada” bowl. Unfortunately, the meat was tough and chewy. Like gum. Guac was good tho. I would consider this an expensive learning moment, not do that again.
