I went into Garden Cafe because I was sick and tired of the McDonald’s, Sonic and Taco bell. They have so many diffrent types of food to choose from and what I got ” the tiger” was awesome and full of flavor. The employee’s were very friendly and prices were great. I found my new spot. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Still on our quest to find good places to eat, along our route home from airport. Garden Cafe was touted as a good eatery by many on the Saturday Shopping Show, so we stopped by this late afternoon. Easy to find, right on business 60, good parking, & an attractive self standing concern. Inside was clean & pleasant with what I would consider adequate setting. Ordering/purchase done at a central counter. Menu is fairly large with a nice variety. Subs, pizzas, salads plus several other choices which I seem to be blank on right now… seems they also do a brisk carry out business, offering a pickup window for your convenience. We both settled on the Meatball Parmesian Sub which was very good. Sub roll was so fresh, meatballs well seasoned, adequate cheese, & sauce tasty if a little meager. But that can be a bit tricky, a little too much & you need utensils! Not a good sub experience. So this was a good sub! I chose the potato salad as my side. A very delightful Traditional recipe, which when we’ll seasoned & melded can’t be beat. And so was the case! Even the pickle spear was crunchy tasty!
Of course my beverage of choice, Sweet Tea, was extra good, not weak to the point of unrecognizable tea & sweetened to perfection. Young lady who served us was very lovely & helpful. Prices were quite reasonable & will be looking forward to dropping by again to explore menu further. Would definitely recommend the Garden Cafe in Republic for a good place to dine.

A great place for pizza – they even made us a taco pizza, even though it wasn’t on their menu. Excellent salads and daily specials. Always clean. Locally owned.
