This location is definitely hit or miss. I could count on one hand how many orders have been correct and tonight really took the cake. Just picking up quick meal for myself and someone and they forgot both cheeseburgers, and decided my sauce choices were not acceptable as they gave me completely different ones I didn’t want.
Oh and everything was dry and over fried and gross. Didn’t even eat it.
I ordered through the app so there would be no mistakes since this has happened before.
I guess reading is hard because my receipt says everything correctly.
Might as well drive extra to chick fil a, or somewhere else that is more competent. I don’t know why I expected better.

I ordered a Sausage McMuffin with cheese. When I picked it up at the drive through there was a funny smell. When I unwrapped the sandwich it was horrible. It smelled like an old toilet. I never had this before. And not the ‘eggy’ smell. I could handle that. It was just horrible. I couldn’t even taste test it. I didn’t have time to go back to complain.

Had ordered a cheeseburger meal and came to find out that they had left a sticker on the cheese with hair on. On top of that fries were extemremly salted. Overall was not happy with my experience and won’t be going back again.

Worst McDonald’s ever!
Had my food delivered through the app and it was the most depressing meal ever. No napkins in the bag, no straw, and no love. I ordered a sprite with NO ice and half the cup was full of ice! There even was an inch missing from my cup. Very disappointing!
Edit: I ordered from this location again and my sprite and mcflurry was messed up. I finally had it and drove to the location and asked to see the manager. The manager was very nice and fixed the problem! Shout-out to the manager but the food still sucks haha
I called this location to ask what happened and someone who spoke NO ENGLISH answered the phone and hung up on me after I told the story TWICE!
Will not go here again.
Also forgot to mention that the drive thru is really slow and the inside is extremely disgusting (I’ve been to this location before).

Honestly, one of the best and cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They repeatedly provide great service and you can tell the staff and management really care.

I have been to this McDonald’s a lot recently and the service is hit or miss. One thing for sure is they do not understand no onions because I almost always get onions in my food. Good thing I’m not allergic or I might be dead. Bread was hard in some places like it was old. Please work on your customer service skills. I know it’s just McDonald’s but leaving things off of a hamburger should take less time and cost less money. Unless you guys are just recycling food which is just terrible. I might need to change where I get my burger as I have been constantly disappointed as of lately.
