Don’t go here!!! They don’t want to help you, the food is horrible, and it takes 30 mins while they serve people that came in after you. We went at 9:30 on a Friday night. They told us it’ll be a 5 min wait. We were the only one in the drive thru when we ordered. We got an 8pc tender family meal and a side of fried pickles. The fried pickles were all fried as one wad and it was inedible. The biscuits were cold, and the Mac n cheese was cold and in a wad as well in the container. Looks like it was taken out of the freezer, and sat out and served to us. We had to go back through the drive thru after they told us to wait by the door. She had it waiting for us at the window. Seriously awful. Spent 35 dollars for this.

Horrible experience. Don’t go here at all. Especially if you have to be anywhere within an hour. You will spend time sitting in the parking lot while others get served. Why ask me to pull around (so it looks like you are serving customers fast in your system) if you’re gonna have me waiting for 20 minutes for wings? And when I went inside, the manager told me I needed to wait another 1:30 for my wings to finish cooking…..never again. Thanks for my refund. I’d rather spend my money where I’m appreciated.

I came through the drive thru @8:57 at the speaker was put on hold for 3 mins there was 2 cars before me.. At the time of placing my order I asked for my chicken to be cooked I was told there was 7 mins left for chicken to be up I also ordered a pot pie was told it would be 22 mins ok no problem don’t mind waiting, cool placed my order for 6 piece box with dark meat and a pot pie, paid for my food at 9:09pm pulled forward. On the phone talking to my husband he says babe you still waiting on your chicken I said I told them I wanted it fresh, still talking he mentioned it again looked at the clock on the car and was wow it’s 9:50 here I am thinking it’s only be 20 mins. Get out the car knock on the door and a manager opened the door it’s been 40 mins someone in the kitchen yell here it is and goes in explaining what they were waiting on. Get my food and leave gets home open the box and in the pictures is what I waited 50 MINS for because they left gravy out my order and had to wait more to get that. Calls the store to find out not only was there a Shift Manager on duty but the General Manager as well to tell me that I did not wait the time I said and that chicken is cooked in grease as though it should be drowned in grease and my pot pie was but I was waiting on a fresh pot pie as well. Went back and forth over the phone with both managers and now I am asking for the attention of the District Manager of this location to reach out to me concerning this accident. The issue was not handled at store level to my satisfaction.
I received white meat instead. This store is poorly managed!!!

Went to get a 2pc dark meal.. leg original thigh crispy with Mac and mashed potatoes. The guy comes to window and ask if my 2 sides were coleslaw and Mac. I told him no mash and Mac.. received my food with no napkins or plastic ware. Checked my food like I always do before driving off it was Coleslaw and burned Mac and a burned biscuit. I politely asked for plastic ware and if they could correct my meal and replace the burned items they did with no hesitation.

Don’t order here! I ordered online and the manager gave our order away to a random. When we tried to show proof of purchase his response was “idk numbers, I know names.” Just be honest and say you don’t know how to use your own ordering system. Moving on… he was very nasty acting and refused to replace the order. We then proceeded to request a refund from .com and the 1-800 number. They proceeded to tell us they have to do an investigation before issuing our refund. So… a random can come into the store and pick up other people’s food with no proof of purchase but I have to wait for an investigation to be completed before I can get my money back? Make it make sense!

Let me start off with saying the service was fine but I decided not to eat my food after seeing how dirty the inside of the restaurant was. I just didn’t trust it unfortunately. I don’t believe anyone was in uniform and I don’t remember seeing any hats or hair nets or gloves.

Service is slow. Had to wait 20 min on one order and was told 10min on another order but both were ordered at the same time. one order was ready and then had to wait another 10 min for other. both should have been dropped at same time. Food was good tho.

The chicken tasted like it had been cooked for days. No tea, no soft drinks. They only had fruit punch, Mt Dew. The staff was very rude. I should have known not to eat there when the parking lot was empty at lunch time.

On December 7 I came in to get an order pre-ordered from DoorDash for a pick up. I got the food and got home and realized that the chicken was so old that We could not eat it they literally gave me chicken probably from hours Before I came,. Totally ridiculous. This is not the first time this has happened at the store. Seems like the young kids in their plays a lot and doesn’t pay attention to the quality of the food that they’re giving out some things really need to be done about that store. I wish I would have took the pictures to show what those kids gave me to eat so upset about it when it happened.
