Went through the drive thru Wednesday at 630. Normally everything is good. I got my usual spicey crispy chicken sandwich. My sandwich was so overcooked it wasn’t even edible. I found that out halfway over the West Seattle bridge or I would have turned back. Remember to always check your order before leaving there…. Not happy spending $17.20 for fries and a drink…

Thought I would try again as my last visit was not great and it is still horrible. This is the breakfast sandwich that I got. Burned on one side stuck to the paper and then about raw on the other. Egg and ham or cold. Hash browns taste like the grease has not been changed in way too long. Just horrible. Sorry Jack in the Box, tried it again and it is worse than last time.

This was my first time at a Jack in the Box since I’m from Minnesota. It was pretty tasty. No complaints. Staff was nice, and food was good. I mean, it’s fast food and I wasn’t expecting much, but they got it right.

Okay I come from California and Jack in the Box is fairly big there. Once I moved here, I was skeptical because I was like hmm will they be the same quality? But I’ve been here twice and both times have been awesome and fresh!! The second time I went, my mans hooked me up with THREE cherries and he absolutely did not have to. And you know why? I was extra nice because we should all be kind to service workers. hint hint 🙂
Friendly tip: if you want little interaction and room for zero “poor customer service”, consider ordering through the app. It’s faster, it’s easier on everyone, and sometimes even cheaper with codes/discounts they offer!

I ordered a #1 medium with curly fries. So I received my food they gave me regular fries, and small drink, I told the lady I asked for medium and she said the small size the new medium size which I is a lie, but they fixed my order except my drink size, I didn’t want to make it big deal so left it at that and left. This store has been scamming customers,I suggest you watch your receit they add 20 30 40 almost 75 cent to there orders .The combo meal was $9.99 but on the reciet it says $10.59 don’t sound like much we ordered 3 combos and all had a +60 cents when we asked manager she could not explain why .I watch the next order by another custome ordered 1 samwich was to be $7.99 but entered in as $8.19 smammers.

The service was unprofessional. I came in during lunch hours. I can’t believe the vibe i received coming in. There was no smile. Employees looked like they hated there job. Handed me my food and left. I will not be back.

Stopped by Jack in the Box to grab a few Smash Jacks Doubles for myself, my ex-husband, and his partner. The drive-thru was quick, the staff were efficient, and the order was accurate—no complaints there.
The food itself? Delicious. These burgers are hefty, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell you’re biting into real meat, and they don’t skimp on the quality. We all enjoyed them.
That said, I’m taking off a star because the price was pretty wild. Three burgers came to about $40 after tax. For comparison, I can take three people to Chili’s and get full meals for less. So while it’s great to have a Jack in the Box in Seattle, it’s definitely not the budget-friendly option it used to be. Jack is now jacking your stack of cash for a simple meal!
