I just wanted to commend MIA at this location. I visited this morning and got a $6 meal deal. When I got to the window I was greeted by MIA and she was soooo kind and fast. This location is typically very very busy and always a long line for the drive thru but they were on it today. Great job! Thank you for the quick and kind experience.

I ordered a large Midnight Blend coffee, but instead of being told it was unavailable, the employee handed me a completely different drink without saying a word. After I questioned it, I was told they had run out of Midnight Blend and that I was given an espresso with water, Dunkin’ Blend, cream, and sugar instead.
This is unacceptable. I was served something I did not order, without my consent, and without being asked about potential allergies. At the very least, I should have been told the item was unavailable so I could decide for myself. Instead, the worker took it upon themselves to throw random ingredients together and pass it off as my order.
This is careless, unsafe, and unprofessional. Customers deserve transparency, not secret substitutions.

The workers are really nice and care that customers have a good experience. The particular order I made through the mobile app turned out to be out of stock, but the worker was really nice and offered me alternatives. For example, I ordered a chocolate croissant which turned out to be out of stock, so she gave me 2 doughnuts of my choice instead. Also, the café is nice and clean and has an appealing atmosphere. The location is good too. The coffee beverage was excellent, just the right temperature and blend of flavor and sweetness. The doughnuts were fresh, warm, aromatic, and delicious.

…somebody better bring the crash cart…. i forgot how much i love these things, and this particular location!! (Which is also a Baskin Robbins).

We ordered a cappacino blast a sesame seed bagel toasted cream cheese on the side and a coffee roll. The cap and the roll were ok. The bagel was toasted black and burnt and cream cheese just thrown on it. When I unwrapped it it did not look appetizing at all. We paid with a gift card and the gift card was not accepted by their machine. We were told to call the number on the card for a replacement. The man on the phone I couldn’t understand what he was saying. So after numerous times of trying to understand what he was saying I said I am sorry I’ll just see if I can do something online because I can’t understand what you are saying. It’s very rare that I leave a bad review but the way the food was given to us needs to be known. I have been in customer service and the food industry for many years passed and I would have been fired if I gave food out like this. Today Dunkin you were a huge disappointment. If we weren’t in a rush I would have taken this food back. I wish I could post a picture of this disgusting sesame bagel. I will post a pic on social media however.
