Found it on our way home. Great restaurant right in downtown Chihalis. Never been in this town. Looks like a good place to stop and enjoy the shops. The food was great. I had a salmon sandwhich and chili bowl. The restaurant has little stores and has lots of things displayed. It seems very popular.

Stopped in here for lunch while out on a shopping excursion during Small Business Saturday. Loved the warm homey atmosphere and friendly service. I had the absolutely perfect BLT (triple decker) and sweet potato fries. They were delicious! One of my friends decided on the Club House sandwich, accompanied by the soup of the day. Loved them both. If you’re out this way, definitely stop in for a bite.

Presentation of our food was very nice. The salad was fresh. The club sandwhich and quiche were tasty. The clam chowder had way too much pepper in it.

Delicious! Nice atmosphere! Nice and mature waitstaff. And a most delicious chocolate egg cream, which they called a chocolate soda, that I haven’t had for years!! The salad was beautifully dressed, the homemade chips were crisp and perfectly seasoned and my husband enjoyed his crispy fries and patty melt. Will definitely come back again.

Update 7/9/25: A friend and I went there at brunch time. I ordered breakfast and my friend ordered lunch. My Eggs Benedict was delicious, eggs were cooked soft, excellent sauce over a nice pile of ham on an english muffin. The hashbrowns looked and tasted like they were freshly shredded and cooked in-house (not frozen). My friend had a nice orned beef sandwich on Rye. It was served with house made potato chips. We had an excellent waitress, friendly and efficient. This was a positive dining experience.

Easy to find location. Reasonably priced food. Breakfast ends at 11 AM. I missed it, but I am looking forward to going back to try it. The service was friendly and prompt. The burger I had was good. Solid diner style fare. Probably a good place for an American style “meat and potatoes” type of dinner judging by looking at the menu and reading the reviews of others.
