This was my second time here and I was just as pleased. We arrived for an early dinner and we’re promptly seated. The server was very attentive throughout our stay. All of the food was served quickly.

The salad was delicious and fresh tasting, as was the Nati bread. My entree was excellent as well, and the tuna was perfectly cooked. The portion sizes are just right.

It definitely started to get busier the longer we stayed.
Overall, I highly recommend!

This was my first time at this location and it was amazing! The food here is so filling! You will not leave Hungry! I had the Back-A-Yard Bowl (chicken) and for the salad I had the “His Majesty’s (Sesame Garlic Tahini)” dressing. Everything was absolutely delicious! 10/10
Walked right in sat at the bar, the Bartender was also fantastic and attentive.

I ordered the 9 Mile dish and the flavors immediately stood out. The seasoning was rich, the sauce had a great depth to it, and everything tasted fresh. I really enjoyed it, but I didn’t find out until afterward that you can get it with rice instead of noodles. I genuinely think the rice would’ve taken it to another level, and I wish the server had mentioned that option before I ordered.

The overall vibe of the restaurant is great. It’s warm, colorful, and has that relaxed Asheville energy where you can sit back and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. The atmosphere alone makes it a place that’s easy to recommend.

The service wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t impressive either, especially considering the price point. It felt a little flat compared to the quality of the food and the setting. Even with that, the meal itself and the environment still made the visit worthwhile.

I would recommend stopping in if you’re looking for something flavorful and unique. The food really does shine here, and with a couple small improvements in service, it could easily be a five-star experience.

We absolutely love Nine Mile!! This was our first visit to this location and the atmosphere is definitely different but I had the BEST meal out of all 3 locations! The bartender gave us amazing service, our drinks including their house beer were on point and I am still dreaming about my meal! They have so many vegan options and pour love into all that they do, so get here asap!!

So refreshing to dine in a place with outstanding wait staff and amazing food. The key lime cheesecake is something I will be craving for some time to come. Thank you to the server that offered me a taste of hers before our dinner came! This place never disappoints and we did not feel rushed in any way to turn over our table. Love love love!

Honestly, the food and service were good. However, they charged $4 for a split plate when my wife and I split an appetizer and an entree for dinner. We didn’t get anything extra for the meal for the split plate charge that was even confirmed by the waitress. We were told it was “Mandatory charge” when splitting. It honestly isn’t the $4 I care about, it’s the principle. Getting tired of restaurants nickel and diming their customers at every chance they get. Food is good but likely won’t be back.

I got the Ark of the Covenant. $29 without tip. An absolute crime.

The salmon was about a quarter of a pound. It was soooooo over seasoned and overcooked that it was pretty much inedible.

I understand this is Asheville. I understand the pricing model is ridiculous. But if you’re going to charge that much money for one meal, at least make it edible.

Nonetheless, the wait staff was friendly. But this dish has absolutely deterred me from coming back anytime soon.

Food was great but I’ll probably only get takeout from now on because the service was not great. Our server was very nice and we understand it wasn’t her fault so nothing against her. Our food was brought to the wrong table after an already kind of long wait, and they ate our food while we were told our replacement food would be coming in 5 minutes. We would have been totally fine, except the food didn’t come in 5 minutes, it honestly took even longer than when they made it the first time. It was pretty frustrating that we sat there starving for like 45 minutes, but nothing was offered or done to make up for it at all. No manager came over to check in or anything. This was on a very quiet weekday night with maybe 10 guests in the dining room total. This was my first time there and I was extremely excited about it but because of this experience, I won’t dine in again. I’ll just order takeout because the food is definitely good.

I’m only giving this a 3 ⭐️ rating as the staff that served me were fantastic! I do love the atmosphere when I did dine in.
What happened to this restaurant? I used to love the food. Last night I ordered food for takeout. I ordered The Nolan and 2 side salads. The Nolan had 2 small scallops and 5 shrimp. That was $29.00 (you have to update the prices online too by the way) the flavour of the dish was bland at best! The toasted bread was soggy! I was at the Biltmore location at the grand opening. Concrete Jungle was by far my favourite dish, but that was taken off the menu during covid. I used to recommend this place to everyone, not anymore. The best part of the meal was the salad and his majesty dressing. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has noticed the difference in food. Customer service was fantastic as always, but that doesn’t make up for the lack lustre food you are now serving. No bang for the buck anymore.
Not a happy customer!!
