Ordered medium size…. clearly, what we got was not medium. The white bread did not rise properly, and the amount of meat on the sandwich was lacking. When brought to staffs attention, it was said that it is a medium, and that’s how our bread always looks. The wheat bread was fine, just a smaller size. Unless they changed the actual size of a medium, that’s not what we were served.

Very Welcoming when you come inside. The Restaurant & bathroom is Clean aswell as Stocked with a Variety of Chips & Drinks.
The Employees are Great, they work well as a Team. Zoey, the Cashier, Is Very Friendly & Brings a Great Personality to your Visit.
I’ve been to Alot of Restaurants & Managers are Extinct when it comes to Labor, But Not the 2 I’ve Had the Pleasure of Meeting. Ms. Kelly & Candi are Great with their Team.
Looking forward to my next Meal 😉

Our sandwiches were fine, but the service was AWFUL. My husband called to order our food and was put on “hold”. He could hear the staff laughing talking about how “the phone won’t ring anymore if it’s on hold”…. He heard the phone hit the counter and was “on hold” for 10min (he took a screenshot of the phone call)…. He was listening to the staff until he arrived to the store and ended up just having to order in person. Not okay, Firehouse….
