Will we continue to come here, for sure! If you want some really great pizza, friendly customer service, dont pass this place up!!
Food: 5 stars:
The food here is delicious. So far, it has surpassed my expectations for pizza. I am happy to find a small franchise to support like this. The pizza had the right amount of pull when biting, and the crust was cooked perfectly. A lot of times, you never know if it’s going to be right, but this crust was spot on. They have a great lunch time special, and my first time visiting, I missed it by 20 minutes, as it ends at 2. I still ordered because pizza was what I wanted. We also ordered wings and fries, and my wings were cooked perfectly without me asking for them to be cooked crispy.
Service: 5 stars: We have now been back for a total of 2 times, and both times, the service and smiles that greeted us were a plus. The first time, there was a lady with short cropped hair and a cashier with braids in a bun. The second time, the same lady with shorter hair, a young man at the register, and another lady with longer brown hair in a ponytail prepping pizzas treated us with great customer service again!
Atmosphere 3.5 stars:
The trash can could be further away from the booth. Since we wanted to sit a booth and not the table. It was the only one we sat in since one was taken and the other two were dark. The lighting at some of the booths is really dim. Brighten the place up as much as the people who work here do⭐️! That’s why we didn’t sit in those. Also, the crushed red pepper in the shakers might need to be changed. It could have been our booth in particular (it took a lot of it to make my food get the heat, it wasnt as spicy as it normally is).

Danger Hanger
I decided to try this place to satisfy a pizza craving. It was about 10+ miles away but since they advertise deep dish, which no one on my side of town serves, I decided to give it a try. To my dissapointment, the menu is controlled by out of state corporate but this location does not serve deep dish. I was told because it is too hard to get out of the pan. ??? Instead, I decided to try the keystone crust which is a pizza with a top crust as recommended by a customer checking out. Essentially it’s a stuffed pizza. Bad decision. Their bread to ingredient ratio was way off. The last 1/3 of the pie around the crust was a double layer of just bread. There should have been at least double the ingredients. There also was barely any sauce. Their regular crust pizza may be ok. When I removed the top layer of crust, it tasted better. My medium size was probably more akin to a small with extra bread toward the crust. Since I had driven a ways, I decided to try their wings as well to enjoy later. They were small and of average quality with no celery. The staff was very nice but what I ordered wasn’t up to par. I was also informed that they don’t serve Alfredo pasta which is also on the menu. If you decide to try this place, you may want to call to confirm that they serve what you wish to order before making the drive. I do not recommend the keystone crust unless you ask to pay for more stuffings and if you are a sauce lover, you may want to ask for extra on the side. If I’m in the area I might try this place again but I certainly won’t go out of my way to do so.

Terrible Service – Won’t Be Back
Ordered by phone and the order was taken incorrectly. When I arrived, it had to be remade, which led to a 30-minute wait. During that time, the fries were forgotten completely, so I had to go back again. I even asked for a refund midway through the wait but was told the food was “coming up.”
Service was extremely slow and unpleasant. I strongly believe the experience would have been better if I were of the same persuasion as the staff. To top it off, the wings were overcooked and not seasoned.
Overall, a frustrating experience from start to finish. I will not be returning to B.C. Pizza.

BC Pizza never disappoints. Located in an ideal spot in McDonugh, it is an excellent choice to pick up for football watch parties. Service is always wonderful, portion size is great for the value. I have yet to have a bad experience there.

BC Pizza has been the choice of our kids school for years. We ordered it for Friday night family movie. It was very tasty, seasoned well. Our 5 year old ate 3 slices which he typically doesn’t do. There was nothing left very quickly. There were a few slices that were not cut all the way through. My daughter stated the pie didn’t look like it normally does at school but tasted the same. Essentially, we received it fresh and still hot and typically at school it has cooled off and the cheese has settled. Definitely a great option if you want pizza. Highly recommend BC Pizza.

I love BC’s Chicken Bacon Ranch spirolls but I don’t eat bacon so I always order them without bacon. Tonight my order had bacon in it and I called them and they remade my order and let me keep the order with bacon on it as well. I gave them to my mother who had never had them before and now they have a new customer. Thank you so much for your great customer service.

The pizza spirals are good. Sometimes better than other times. The ranch is good with it! One time I did receive a weird tasting ranch so if you get delivery just be mindful of that. Their customer service could be better too there’s always this lady in the window whom is rude sometimes she seems short tempered.
